This place is so disappointing. I live in Issaquah and love to support local businesses. I went into this place and was able to find a few things I liked but couldn’t get any straight answers on the quality. I was shopping for a bed and didn’t want something that would be sagging in a few years. When I asked what the frame was made out of the answer was «wood.» That’s not helpful. I also wanted to know the height of the bed because I already had very nice side tables I didn’t want to replace and wanted to make sure the bed wasn’t too low. Once again, measurements not available. I persisted because I liked the prices and liked buying local and they were going to get back to me with some options. It’s been 4 months and I haven’t heard a peep.
Oh, and beware, they have a final sale policy. So if you buy an item from their catalogue, which will be almost everything you’d order, they can’t give you detailed measurements or information on quality but they will not take it back if order it. I think if you take a leap of faith, they should at least offer a few days to return it. No such luck. This place is local, but with the customer service they offer, it’s worth the drive somewhere else and I don’t predict they’ll be around long.
