Fatburger

Service was friendly but the burger was not great, a little pink in the middle for me. The fries were okay, nothing different, the onion rings were awful. It was way too expensive for what I got. Won’t go back, just not worth it.

First time eating at a Fatburger, and it will definitely be my last. I could see why no one else was here when my boyfriend and I came to eat here. The food just wasn’t satisfying. We both ordered medium burgers with an egg. Egg was overcooked and didnt add any flavor to the burger. Save your money and dont bother eating here. Overpriced burgers. To top it all off, I was mostly craving a milkshake and ordered the salted caramel — it was extremely salty. I went to inform the manager about the salt content, who later admitted that they add the salt and caramel to the vanilla ice cream themselves! Yikes! He offered to put less salt and i of course politely declined and asked him to replace it with a plain vanilla milkshake. Ugh, disappointing.

So I should say that I have my food handlers permit in King County. As I was eating my burger here this place had major cross contamination and failed so many ways! The cook who is on the grill goes by the name of Arturo was touching his face because he had a runny nose with the same latex glove that he was touching the meat on the grill. Then the lady that was prepping the burgers that goes by Fidela she was cleaning the cold food compartment where the condiments are held, and one of the plastic containers fell on the floor along with a metal bar that supports the plastic trays in the food cooler. She didn’t even wipe it off she put it right back where it came from! Should I add the tomato liquid out of the cooler was dumped onto the floor so I know that floor is not completely dry! Then she changed a glove but didn’t change the other glove so therefore she had a bare hand and was prepping food with bare hands! Yes and she forgot to wash them! This place is absolutely disgusting!!!

I was skeptical about their salads, but I ordered a crispy chicken Caesar and it is one of the best I’ve had! Highly recommend

Food was good, service was pretty fast, and they gave me a ton of French fries. You can’t beat that. It’s still fast food though, and it’s pretty expensive for what it is. Can’t complain, fast food is fast food but a good size burger and a lot of fries always helps.

My boyfriend and I both ordered a burger, fries and drink. When our food arrived, we received a third burger and fries, but my boyfriends tray had no fries. I just figured that our total was high with the sizes, sides and extras added. The receipt showing the refund was still incorrect as they forgot to refund a drink. Beforehand, I thought the employee accidentally handed us three cups. Why would someone purchase three drinks but only take two? The receipt listed everything by name, but the extra charge for the burger was labeled «medium», when he had asked us if it was another medium, we stated yes after ordering my California burger. Assuming that he was referring to the size I wanted. It was a bit confusing altogether. All while we are trying to get this situated, our food was becoming cold. The employee may have been new and mistakes happen, but that was such a terrible experience. He wasn’t the only person who made a mistake, as the receipt did say three orders of fries and we received two, so there’s fault on the other staff as well. I wasn’t very impressed with the food especially for the price. I thought my burger was pretty small, so much for Fatburger.

Well thought I would try again I’ve been here twice in past month both times the place was fairly empty. The staff seems to be more interested in talking to each other in Spanish than taking care of business and customers. Both times I ordered my burger with really light lettuce, both times it was pulled with lettuce. The meat is dry and overcooked.
For the money you pay give me what I want and some quality.
And by the way the fact that I speak and understand Spanish I would say you should get rid of your staff they could care less.
Aren’t these are he fast food workers that want $ 15.00 an hour! For what to stand around and gossip and ignore the customers.

Paid but didn’t get my order! First burgers brought to the table were wrong. Second time, burgers still wrong. Third time, they took my receipt back to the kitchen to verify the order and never came back. When I asked for my order and my receipt back they played dumb… What order? We left after 45 minutes of messing around and never did get our order OR my money back. Never again!

I stopped at 3:45 PM which was probably a mistake. Fast food depends on a constant flow of customers. My fries and onion rings had been prepared much earlier, they were dead on arrival.
And I need to remember that. «Fat» is not a flavor, it’s a «size»…swimming in condiments, the burger kinda lost its identity.
It wasn’t a pleasant food experience and I won’t be back.

I am giving four stars as I am afraid the review will get filtered. Every time I come here the hamburger taste like when you do in the bbq at home. It tastes delicious. I feel it is a little expensive but the experience is good. I also get to speak Spanish if the cashier speaks it.

I wish I could give negative stars. walked in and it was a ghost town. no one acknowledged me when I walked in. they were all speaking in Spanish to eachother (which I find rude), service was Terrible. the only good part was she took 3 steps to hand me my food. the meat was overcooked and dry with some burnt pieces. the bun tasted stale and everything was uneven I had 3 pickles with holes in the center placed on one corner spot of the burger. wtf. worst experience ever.

I haven’t been to a fatburger in years so I was excited that I stumbled upon this one.
I ordered a medium fat burger w/​o onions and tomatoes with an order of skinny fries and a drink. The burger was mediocre. The burger was so greasy that the oil constantly dripped onto my napkin. The fries were really good because they were made to order and the lemonade I had was really good as well. The only reason why I didn’t give them 2 stars is because the service here is excellent especially for a burger joint. All in all, if you have a burger craving I would recommend going to red robins or someplace else because the grease was too inbearable for me.

I stopped by on a weeknight, and the place was pretty empty. This location is kind of away from the crowds, but I have been here in the past when it has been busier.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries/​onion rings combo, and it was pretty good. Everything was cooked fresh, and you can get the burger the way you like it.
If I had to choose, I would probably pick the Five Guys restaurant instead, but Fatburger is not a bad option.

Predictably good burgers, fries, and rings. Restaurant is clean, wait staff is friendly. Their shakes are sinfully good. Recommended if you need a quick fast food fix.

SO freaking good! Came across on my last traveling adventure to the Northwest and BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD! Thick & juicy patty, good cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, & jalapenos, fries were golden crispy & hot, washed down by an ice cold Dr. Pepper! I have been to whataburger, In & Out, blah blah. Fatburger is where it is at!!!

Was here the other day when passing through Issaquah and I was so happy to finally get some food in my stomach. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a side of chili cheese fries, which were the best part, not that the burger itself wasn’t amazing as well. I ate everything and there was not a scrap left.
The only loss was the ambiance of the place, which can’t be judged too harshly since its in sort of a strip mall parkway type area. I have been to much nicer fatburgers with a much different vibe. This one is mainly littered with travelers and locals and kids and parents, and it is usually busy. The staff is friendly, quick and efficient, one of the girls took the time to deliver our food to the table which was sweet and then went and retrieved some ranch when I asked for it right away without acting as if she was annoyed or anything.
This location is fifties style and has a jukebox and tvs with the games on and a modern pop machine with many flavors, and the cute fifties booths. There are crazy facts posted on the walls for entertainment.
The food was amazing, the service was amazing, FATBURGER IS AMAZING.

Fast service, fresh juicy burger, clean environment. What else to ask for a simple meal?
I’ve lived in Issaquah area for 7 yrs, and I’ve tried quite a few local burger places. So far, Fatburger is my most favorite for a simple burger meal in this area.
The environment here is pretty nice. The staff did a pretty good job keeping it clean, always get the table ready just a few minutes after a customer left.
Comparing with other fats food chain, their burger is made out of fresh meat patty and usually juicy. Occasionally on the dry side though. I guess it depends on which chef is on duty that day. Same issue to the assembling line. Usually you get a nicely made burger, but occasionally you got a messy one with lettuce and tomato falling apart. Again, I guess it depends on who’s shift it is, and the manager needs some improvement in the quality control.
Once they got my order messed up. I ordered a small burger for my kid with everything on. And guess what comes up, a small burger without everything…
That said, usually it’s a good experience there. Philis (with grilled pepper and onion) and BBQ burger (with bbq sauce, bacon, onion ring) is my favorite. When you bite into a juicy fresh burger, it’s just so satisfying.
My 6-​yo kid loves their new soda machine, which he can choose from a touch screen by myself… I begin to think that’s why he loves to go there lol: D
The price is good too… the shake is a little bit overpriced though, IMHO.
All in all, it’s a great place to have a casual lunch/​dinner with family and friends.

Now that Herfy’s in Klahaine is closed, this is our go-​to burger take out place. It’s pretty expensive, but the food is consistently good.
I usually just get a cheeseburger with grilled onions and an order of onion rings. Both are very good. They have lots of different sized burgers, I usually go with the Medium. You tell them exactly what you want on your burger, which I appreciate since I can be a bit picky.
My boyfriend is a big fan of their blackened chicken sandwich with bacon, cheese, guacamole and their fat fries. Although unfortunately the fat fries can sometimes be a bit under-​cooked.
Their Cesar salad is really good too, although if you are eating here, you probably don’t care if it’s healthy.
There is still ton on the menu we have never tried, but we have been consistently happy with what we do order, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fast.

I think this is a fun place to eat at. There is nothing here to eat on a diet but who in their right mind would go to a place with a name like that?
I usually stick with their XXL with cheese, bacon, grilled mushrooms, and guac to be exact. lol
They aren’t the very best burger place in town but they are definitely one of the better options to go with.
