Brannan Island Marina, formerly Bruno’s Yach Harbor, has a great location and is rather quiet.
Minimal services; No ice, soda, snacks, no fuel. Water is not safe to drink, bathroom structure falling apart and not particularly clean. Management and staff are usually not present. Docks are in ‘fair’ condition.
Parking is a plus here as there is plenty of it and you dont have to climb a levee after exiting your car.
Seems about 50% live-​aboards, 20% absentee, 30% empty.
Prices are reasonable if you don’t expect much
It is rather secure though as most tenants watch out for each other.
