Horrible customer service. After shoveling all morning I jumped in the car and headed over. I waited in a line of about three cars(no big deal I was listening to music). I get to the speaker and nothing! Hello? Hello? Hello? After ten failed attempts to communicate with the crackling speaker I drive up since there is now a line behind me. I get to the window and the girl says«yes?» I explained I was trying to order repeatedly through the speaker and all I was hearing was static and no voices! She says«oh well sorry I don’t take the orders here at the window it’s someone else inside. I said«ok no biggie can I order my tea now?» She says«NO!!!» I almost fell out of the car! She says she doesn’t take orders at the window!

We go to this Starbucks regularly because of the drive through. Each time I end up frustrated by the longer than reasonable wait times… If it weren’t for the convenience of the drive through I would never go here. Today I went but at the last minute decided to park and see if the inside would be quicker. I now see why it always takes so long, first the manager has a two minute conversation with a friend at the counter while myself and others are waiting to order. Once I ordered I noticed the entire staff standing around talking/joking while one person works his butt off to fill all the orders. This is by far the least efficiently operated Starbucks I’ve seen. If it weren’t for Bryan, the guy working his butt off, I would never have gotten my order. Thank you Bryan, they should fire everyone else and pay you that much more to do your one man show.

My spot for rough mornings(And with me every morning is one ;) I like that they are very efficient, and that they know how to make things moving early in the morning. I am always little jealous of those who can afford relax and drink their coffee on a crazy morning. For me it is a Latte with extra shot to wake up the right way. All starbucks are almost the same, great coffee which is little overpriced, but they just need to be ok to be good, they do not need to make mistakes and they have m4 stars from me.

Terrible manager — completely unprofessional. This used to be my favorite starbucks as it had a drive through and the staff was very efficient. I previously gave this place a solid four star review. One day I went through the drive through and for whatever reason, the couldn’t hear what I was ordering. After getting the order clear, the person on the other end then started trying to tell me why I can’t have whip on my cappuccino(because of the foam) and this was why the order didn’t make sense(I’ve been ordering a nonfat vanilla cappucino from Starbucks for YEARS). The person was very rude about it and kept insisting that I change my order and that they couldn’t hear when I was trying to say what I was ordering. When we drove up the window it turned out that the manager came to the window and defended the barista for being rude(stating it was our fault) and then started speaking directly to my boyfriend and ignoring me because it turns out that they have mutual friends in common. The next few times we went back the staff was there and we had easy orders… until we met up with this manager again. Again she was extremely rude, made our orders wrong and has a personal issue and thinks it’s ok because we know people in common. This is the most unprofessional behaviour and I wish we had kept it that we don’t know anyone in common. This is a prime example of someone that is in a position of power and needs to exercise it and act unprofessionally in order to make herself happy. The staff is great but unfortunately, I have to avoid this location due to unwarranted rudeness. Proceed with caution.

This Starbucks has a drive thru! All the people who work here have been super sweet. You just have to watch out for the soy milk, apparently it’s not a big seller so I have gotten my soy lattes a little rancid.

I like that this Starbucks is off the beaten path. It’s in the middle of nowhere, there’s always plenty of parking, and the staff has always seemed very friendly. The chairs aren’t the most comfortable to sit in, but it’s never too crowded, so you can sit and have a nice conversation without worrying about who’s going to hear your every word. Solid location.

While it’s a small space, the staff are very chipper and cheerful thereby transforming the experience. The parking lot may seem incongruously large compared to the size of the store, but at least you’re not competing for parking space as you would in the nearby Long Beach Starbucks. Good service and coffee experience, and they barely batted an eyelid when I asked for a six-shot espresso, so I have no problems coming back.

How can anyone not rate this a 4 star? Vanilla latte venti with a extra shot of espresso and I’m good for the day. They also have a drive thru for the lazy people

Probably the worst Starbucks out there. The staff couldn’t care less about each drink. Don’t ask them to redo a drink if you don’t want to have an attitude from the barista. They just want to get it done. Zero customer service.

It’s got a drive-thru! Woot! I mean technically, any Starbucks has a drive thru when you plow your car through the front windows and wind up all over YouTube, but you don’t have to become a web sensation to get your latte at this Starbucks, because it really does have a drive-thru. The staff is young, laid back and the girls are attractive here, too.

It’s just an average starbucks, nothing about this one really pops or stands out special that is different from any other. Fairly pedestrian but reliable spot for a coffee.
