I ordered and paid for a customized printed shirt on 9÷3÷15 and received a blank shirt with no silk-screening on it after 2 weeks. I called the business about their error in the shipment and they agreed to send the correct printed shirt. I waited another 10 days for the shipment to arrive without any luck. I called the company again to check on the shirt and was told that they weren’t going to ship the correct shirt until I sent back the wrong shirt. I refuse to waste my time going back-and-forth with bad customer service and an incompetent staff. This so-called business does not care about their customers or quality of service they provide, even if the mistake was 100% their fault. As a result, I disputed this very poor transaction with my credit card company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I placed an order online for custom t-shirts for my Ultimate Frisbee team. Since I was not exactly sure what I wanted, the owner Mark was very helpful in sending me different colors, designs, and fonts for me to choose from. Everything was super easy and within minutes I was finalizing my order. I checked out using PayPal and I received my shirts in the mail later that week. The shirts came out great. I would highly recommend this business.
