Dont ever go after the morning rush thats for sure. Its like their goal is to give you the absolute bare minimum. I dont know if they are hard up for cash or just plain lazy. Actually had to ask for the spoons, the straw and the bag to put it all in…

Review is for the new Valentine’s donuts. The staff was fast and efficient but the donuts were so so stale! What happened to .time to mske the donuts?? There is another DD on 176 in Wauconda that I will try. I will taste before I leave the counter if I buy from them again.

Rude rude rude. As my first stop in the morning, their attitudes are not what I want to deal with. I understand fast food/drive through service, as I worked in one myself for 5 years. But I would never ever be allowed to speak to customers they way they do. Take the extra 3 seconds to be kind to customers. I will be avoiding this location as much as possible

Customer service terrible, waited more than 10 mins for large decaf, big n toasted sandwich and hash browns. They totally forgot to prepare my order as well as the one other customers(there were only the 2 of us at the counter). I’ve been happy with other stores but this one needs attention. Coffee — had to remind young lady that I had one coming, too hot. Sandwich — not toasted, more like slightly stale bread with melted butter on it. Bacon not apparent until I took the sandwich apart then I spotted the 2 half strips of soggy pork. Nothing like the picture, stacked so — bread, 1 egg, bacon(ha ha), cheese, 1 egg, bread. Hash browns — soggy, not crisp at all. Manager very loud behind counter. Have been to this store before and manager was counter worker. Hard worker does not always equal good manager. Will not return to this store, I’ll get my coffee at McDonalds across the street and my breakfast sandwich at Subway 3 doors away.

If there were zero stars that’s what I would give. I go there 5 times a week if not more. Finally decided to use the coupon at the bottom of the receipt for a soft serve cone for my son. I was told they don’t have soft serve any more as they decided to discontinue it. I asked if I could get a single scoop instead. He tells me no only good for a doughnut. Now I didn’t discontinue it but I was made to feel like I did. When I asked again he simply said no. So no more will I go there. Also I will let everyone know including corporate. I didn’t realize that DD was hurting that bad that my single scoop would put them under.

Stopped in yesterday through the drive-through. Customer service has improved tremendously at this location! The transaction was handled quickly, efficiently, with a friendly attitude, and a smile. The young woman serving us at the drive-through finished our transaction with a thank you. Seems like basic stuff but you would be surprised how many establishments don’t have the basics down. Well this location does, congratulations! A+ Rating for A+ Service & Product. See you again soon!

I ordered combo #5 bagel sandwich with hash browns and it was awful. I couldn’t finish it because I couldn’t eat this terrible food. I have ordered this combo elsewhere and it as very good by this Dunkin it was very disappointed.

Just bought a house nearby and started visiting this DD after avoiding the stores in nearby Cary and Crystal Lake due to old coffee and baked goods. The Island Lake store renewed my love of Dunkin! The coffee is the best ever, and always hot and fresh. The bagels, muffins and donuts are so soft and fresh too. I am now a regular here and only have to tell them what size I want… They know the rest. Great staff for a great restaurant. I love this place.

This is a review for my recent visit to store #340620. Oh what a time I had! The store has that«mini strip mall that popped up out of the corn field last night» feel that I’ve come to know and love as a suburban warrior. You can almost smell the fresh paint drying, masked by that greasy corporate coffee-donut smell. Wifey got the«flat bread» something-or-other which she claimed tasted like cardboard, and then ate anyway. Kids got boston crème and a couple high priced fruit juice simulations. Yay for store #340620!
