Not the best. They only had one employee when I went, taking care of the entire place. The ice cream was made in a cool process, as all the nitrogen ice cream places do. but this was my worst nitrogen ice cream experience, unfortunately. It took forever because they only had one employee, and the cream they used was way too sweet. Not a huge fan. Doesn’t compare to Chill-​N in Miami, or even the Sub Zero in Miami (from what I hear)

Great place for ice cream with a scientific twist! They use liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream. Ice cream is very tasty but also very expensive running about five dollars for a small size however it is very rich and there’s no need for any larger than a small. The employee on January 13 was very friendly and gave us a great show.

What a really neat concept! Full customization of your ice cream puts you in charge of the base (cream, custard, low-​fat) flavors, mix-​ins, etc. Then they blast the mix with nitrogen as they mix it together. Kids will love watching the cold mist roll over the counter as the ice cream freezes. The end result is a creamy, delicious ice cream!
The process does take a few minutes and large groups may take while to get through the line, but if you are looking for some good ice cream with a cool process, this is the place to go.

I usually go to the location in Miami and love it!!! Today, I went to this location because I was driving through the keys and felt like getting ice cream. The employees were nice but the ice cream was nowhere near as good as the location in Miami. The ice cream was very watered down and when they gave me the ice cream it was mostly melted! I ordered a medium cup of ice cream and it was only half full of ice cream. This place is nowhere near the quality of the other location in Miami. I definitely would not go back here for ice cream.

Great experience for all ages! Love the fact that they have endless options some of us had custard, ice cream, and yogurt. They also have some very unique and hard to fine flavors. We enjoyed huckleberry and licorice to name a few.

Pretty good ice cream. They freeze the ingredients right in front of you. I got a custard. It could have been a little creamier, but that could just be a result of how the liquid nitrogen works with the ingredients.
Would have like to see the workers wear gloves for both safety and hygiene reasons. Service was good
Seating was in the Subway sandwich shop, which was okay, but smelled like a sandwich shop.

Best ice cream and ice cream experience! We stopped on our way home from the Keys to take a break from traffic and were incredibly impressed. Alex, the manager who served us, was fantastic! He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and now I’ll be telling friends and family around the country to check this out for their own fun dessert time!

Neat concept! It is a fun thing for kids to watch and they have a ton of selections on hand to choose from. Really do have any/​all dietary concerns covered also.

This place is awesome. So many options and flavors to choose from. The service was wonderful. The kid making our ice cream was very easy going when it came to our videos and pictures of the entire freezing process. Both of the employees seemed very excited and happy to help us. Definitely a place to check out.

Amazing service! The ice cream is delicious. I tried the cinnamon roll from the sensation category and it is very yummy! The lady that attended us was lovely, helpful and efficient.
