Fastest delivery in IV they always come thru early or late at night! I usually order from places such as the cantina and super cucas, and honestly I am always surprised how fast they deliver :)

They must have gone under new management or changed their system. Got my food within 25 minutes driver was very professional. Been using for couple year and they always came through correct.

the owner/​manager/​delivery man is a 1 man show, this operation is a complete joke! he says no fee for delivery yet adds a xtra charge on top of what the actual restaurant your ordering from charges, which is 2 or 3 dollars. also he had a tantrum and screamed at me for not giving a tip. extremely rude man, who has no place in customer service industry.

Never got my food delivered, customer service doesn’t respond. Basically got 15 dollars jacked from a shady business. Never order IV menus lmao even if you happen to be desperate and hungry late at night like I was.

This should make you more hesitant. Ordered dublins from them… Waited more than an hour, called them then they said 15 more minutes. After 30 more min I call them again and here’s the funny part. He says it’s all been dublins fault which I could understand … But then tells me that they ran out of the chicken wings so they haven’t been able to figure out what to do… Which I guess they resolved after twiddling their thumbs for 130 minutes? Telling me that they would substitute chicken fries. Bro are u of mental disability? What is that? It takes u an hour and half to figure that out or let us know? We should have been told the minute they knew they were out. Honestly, we should have been notified if it was going to take over double the advertised time. And iv menus can’t blame dublins because that does nothing for me. Then the worst part: I cancel the order and then he charges me for fit anyways. To put it all in perspective: I would rather walk 10 miles in the rain to get food rather than order from here.

Quick service and great food, would recommend to a friend. Thankfully they stay open in the rain.

IV Menus is definitely the way to order food in Isla Vista. They are quick when delivering and the employees are awesome! I would highly recommend using them. Much love to these guys!

Don’t get why the people are complaining, great food and fast delivery service, and doesn’t cost a second order’s worth like the rivaling service.

Have placed, at least, five online orders with this company and 100% of the time they either forgot something or got my order wrong. The last two times the manager assured me that he would personally make sure my order was complete. Take a guess as to what happened. When the manager, himself, can’t get something as simple as reading what was ordered and actually delivering what was ordered, there’s not much you can expect. Where is that fine line where it’s appropriate to consider someone incompetent? Order from IV Menus and you might be able to answer that yourself.

I wanted to try a new food service instead of sbmenus, since it was expensive so I ttried ivmenus. Took a good hour or so, and I don’t usually mind how long delivery services take and I don’t mind walking out to get the food from the back of my apartment complex. The guy gets here in his red jeep with his dog and I proceed to go pay him the exact amount it was. He proceeds to lecture me and harass me for tips and me being a broke college student already tells him I don’t have tip for him. He desperately keeps trying and asks if I had money in my card or anything and I stand my ground telling him I don’t have tip for him. He tells me next time not to order something extra on the menu and says I should always tip. I didn’t pay 20 dollars to get harassed by some delivery service. The very least to say, don’t order from here, the delivery person is a scumbag and desperate for tip money.

If I could give them a zero I would. They called me after I ordered saying it’ll be 15 minutes and asking if I would tip the driver. (Who doesn’t tip?) Anyway, I said no because he was asking so persistently and I wanted to see if my answer would change anything. I get a call 30 minutes later asking which apartment # I live in because it wasn’t on the order and the driver came to drop off my food but didn’t know which number to go to. (I checked my confirmation, it’s there). I call him back 7 minutes later because by this time it’s been almost an hour and my food hadn’t come. I would’ve tipped them if the service was good regardless of my answer to whether I’d tip them. I canceled my order and the owner called me back and begged me not to write this post because «it’s customary to tip so I should’ve just said yes». He then proceeded to text me to ask me not to write this post. Sucks because I had a $ 5 tip ready for a $ 9 order. What a disappointment. To the owner: tips are earned for good service and shouldn’t be begged for.
