I went in today to fix a cracked iPhone 5s screen. The guy (forgot to ask his name) was friendly and knowledgeable with what I needed done. My best friend sent me her old phone so I could use it instead of my old iPhone 4, so I needed to make sure it was reparable before switching cell service to the 5s. They replaced my screen and added a layer of tempered glass in less than 45 minutes. I walked in with no appointment and got excellent customer service from guy #1 and lady #1 (also friendly and knowledgeable). This shop also doubles as a vape shop in the back which, oddly enough, works out really well. Would definitely go back for future services. Thanks for all your help!

The people here are awesome! I came in with a broken screen, and left about 45 mintues later with it all fixed! The price is a little high initially (just because new screens from anywhere are expensive) but they gave me 10% off for being a student and a free tempered glass screen protector, so in the end it was definintely worth it! I will definitely come back if I have any other issues with my phone.

To be honest I’ve always been worried about taking my phone to 3rd party repair shops, i-​caramba definitely changed my mind about that. I recently moved to Santa Barbara and my second night here I managed to completely destroy my phone. I checked out a few places downtown to get it taken care of but I had a sketchy feeling about all of them. I came to icaramba and spoke to Donavan about it… I ended up hanging out at the shop for 45 minutes talking to the guy. He was very upfront with me and was extremely knowledgable about iPhone repair. I got my phone done at a better price then all the other places offered. Being the over worried guy I am, I still took my phone in to Apple to have them double check everything and they said they couldn’t tell any 3rd party work had been done to it! Definitely recommend this place! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Had to kind of laugh at the Smartphone/​Tablet Repair and Vapor Boutique combo. Maybe that’s what made for the mellow experience. My son dropped my husband’s iPad and I needed it fixed asap. Actually took a couple of days but looks and acts good as new. I was definitely satisfied with the service. Nice guys and excellent outcome at a fair price. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Best atmosphere possible. Went in for some new e-​liquid and the selection is top notch, anything you’re looking for as far as phone repair or vaping tech is there. Service is phenomenal, both sides of the store can answer almost any question you have, and even if you’re just there to try some juice flavors and have good conversation, i-​Caramba is the place to be.
