If I could give no stars to this review I would. Worst customer service ever I will not be going to this store ever again.

Most of the staff is rude and act like they hate you almost as much as they seem to hate their jobs. The store is overcrowded and the wait time is terrible. The staff also refuses to bend any policies, even if the dispute was the fault, of wrong, information by sprint
