They came to repair my microwave and didn’t look up the model number before hand. Turns out the model is discontinued and they charged me $ 133 for them to tell me that. Called the manager and he would not negotiate at all even though it was such a rare occurrence. Would not use again because of that.

Very bad service and terrible experience. The technician is not trained for the job and the representative is extremely rude after taking your money. I had paid $ 175 for nothing!!! Do not ever use this company as you will get ripped off.

I called Mr Appliance for my dryer. They were not only prompt but very professional. There wear boot covers before entering your house. Prices are very reasonable and actually the technician was very honest in what needed to be done and not needed to be done I highly recommend them
