Came here on a Thursday because of wrist pain from the gym. The place is huge and there was only 2 other people in the waiting room around noon, so I went for it. What a huge mistake. They gave no warning that there would be a huge wait time. I’ve been here 2 and a half hours and still have not seen the DR. Apparently they only have one on staff. Would never ever come here again. Don’t come here unless you don’t value your time, because the people here sure don’t

Would give it zero stars if I could. Came on a Saturday morning to stitch up a small cut and was informed that the practitioner did not «do stitches».
What kind of urgent care facility does not provide simple suture services? That’s almost the definition of urgent care and why you should use it and not crowd up your local emergency room.
Went to their sister office in Clark which was able to help however.
