I bought my dress here because I was told they have a good selection and they are always on sale! The women helping me did not speak English very well but when I asked if the dress looked good they always picked the more expensive outfit! Obviously she was good at sales. I tried on several outfits until I found one style that was very nice. It had nice intricate beadwork that could be easily damaged if not handled properly. I had to have the outfit altered because it was slightly too big so they called a seamstress over to take my measurements. The seamstress took the measurements very quickly, wrote them down, quickly grabbed the dress and made the alterations within one hour. When I returned to the store I tried on the outfit and it was too tight. On the second try she managed to get the right size after another 30 minutes (she charged a flat rate of 7 $ for the alterations). I had noticed a flaw in the outfit which I was told I could fix myself at home. Overall I give this business 2 stars for customer service, because when I left the store I was not a completely satisfied customer. Unfortunately this was my first experience buying an Indian style outfit. Next time I will go someplace else.
