I ordered two times from them. The first time the products were only two weeks late from the agreed date. Second time I’ve been waiting for six weeks now and I’m losing sales. They are good people, but they don’t have a good idea how to run a business. I can’t recommend them to anyone.

Horrible, horrible service. Ive tried for 3 weeks to get one simple quote from them. I’ve emailed them the designs (like they asked) 3 different times and have called at least 5 different times. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. In an economy like this, you’d think any company would want more business. Not only are they not receiving my business, but they are loosing all possible referrals. I hope no one wastes their time even attempting to get a quote.

Shaker shirts is the real deal. I have been ordering from John for five years now and won’t go anywhere else. He just completed 75 uniforms for our Little League and made our kids feel like major leaguers. Great price’s and awesome work. The best results is to give him ideas and let him run with it. Finish product is always second to none.
