Twice they’ve sold us devices that were clearly not the best solution for our needs, simply to make money on the sale, increase our monthly bill and eat up our data. Both times, they either lied about our options or misrepresented how our monthly bill would be impacted. Then the management accepts no responsibility. The Verizon Ellipsis tablet is a joke, and Verizon as a company should step in and remove it from the market. I’ve been a Verizon customer for more than a decade, but once my contracts are up, I’m gone; and it has nothing to do with Verizon as a carrier and everything to do with this particular location and their staff. Incidentally, they also sold me a case that was not right for my phone, and they were unable to do something as simple as transfer my contacts to my newest phone. They aren’t knowledgeable or honest.

Great location except their parking lot sometimes get overrun by surrounding business patrons. The employees are knowledgeable about the available products and want to help you find the right phone even if takes a while. If you have any problems they will do what they can to assist you.
My only tip is not to go first thing on a weekend. There is usually a line for the first few hours after they open. Other than that this is a very nice location with excellent employees in comparison to several other locations I have visited. I highly recommend this store.
