Demetrius is an incredible asset to this location. Lets face it folks, we don’t go to White Castle, home of the «rat», for great service. In fact, we show up drunk half the time hoping to balance the hangover potential. I was passing through beautiful downtown Irvington while on my way back to Tampa recently and decided to pack a few rats for the kiddies. I cant say how polite, friendly and efficient this young man was. He clearly is not a product of his environment. Way to go Demetrius!

Dude! Nothing against the food, White Castle has always been delicious with their perfect size, edible little burgers and fries. However this area though, S-​K-​E-​T-​C-​H-​Y. I’ve had my share of rough experiences, but this place definitely rattled my cage. From the dude who order food and tried to put it on my tab in line, to the sketchy chick with a beard that that tried to snag a burger from my mouth because she thought she could. Overall though, lovely dining experience. Don’t stop, drive thru!

I love white castle but this one… the staff is so rude and clearly have a lack of management. Their attitudes towards each other over the microphone is ridiculous. They all appear out of control. Either teach them how to work with each other and provide Excellent customer service or fire… no…just close the location. Make it something else with new safe that actually have to have some sort of training and education in their establishment. I’m over these lazy, nasty attitude «workers» at this location. Gosh, have a little standard to where you work. This place is just unsatisfactory inside. Facility and workers alike. They just need some work.

This is by far my favorite White Castle location. Although this one isn’t the closest to my home, the extra 10 minute drive is much worth it. We normally come by at a super inappropriate time like ¾ AM, but our food is always piping hot and delicious. How fat am I to really be writing a review about White Castle, but sheeeeeeesssssshhh! It’s the crave! lol I actually don’t eat at any other fast food restaurant but White Castle and Il doubt I’ll ever have the will power to cancel WC out.

I love White Castles. Who wouldn’t love being able to pull up @ 9am and grabbing sliders on the way to the airport. Open 24 hours, you can always satisfy your White Castles cravings! The people working here are very nice and the restaurant is very clean. I love how you can get anything on the menu at anytime. I can’t wait to go back east!

Best late night grubbin next to White Rose. Best White Castle in town! The food is always prepared right and never taste like the freezer unlike the one on Elizabeth Ave. The only thing I don’t like is the occasional hassle from the local bums.

Only three reviews? Are you people crazy? White Castle is a little bit of heaven on earth. Yes, it requires a certain level of bravery to branch out and try this place but you won’t be disappointed. Their burgers are, clearly, most popular but other selections such as their fish selections, milkshakes, and onion rings are great too. I always stop here on my way through Jersey. Oh! The other cool thing is that service is very consistent and staff is always polite.

I am a long time Castle fan. When you get the crave it must be satisfied. I’ve been coming to this location for a while as its on the way home. The location is dicey but I do the drive through. The people who work there are exceptionally nice despite the bad neighborhood factor. I even have come here for breakfast on the road which is the best fast food breakfast hands down. Drawbacks bathroom usually a mess and you might not want to get out of the car at times.

I had a craving for White Castle burgers at 3a.m. in the morning after reading my friend’s blog and this was the only place open… but this place was bad… The burgers were soggy… the neighborhood is super dangerous… NOT RECOMMENDED =[
