Called the cab to get picked up at America’s Best Hotel for a short trip to White Castle and back, which was a 2 – 3 mile drive(round trip). He charged $ 16 and his meter was turned off which felt sketchy. Nothing pleasant to say about the experience. Customer service was absent and the cab itself was a mess

I have used this service for years going from Maplewood to Newark Airport. They make appointments and keep them. The price is also just right! «Smiley» was on time and courteous! We got a call from the driver the evening we made the appointment to confirm and another call in the morning 10 minutes before pick up was scheduled. That made me feel very comfortable and took the worry out of that part of our trip.

Where do I begin… 2AM I needed a cab and I called them and the dispatcher lady had an attitude. All I asked was if the driver can take me to an ATM and she had an attitude and told me that’s up to the driver then hung up on me. I’m still at my apartment at 3:15am where is this cab? I called back several times they don’t answer my call. but when my boyfriend calls them that’s when they want to answer. So the cab driver said he will be outside in 5 mins… Still no cab, my boyfriend had to call them again and the driver said he didn’t see me. what a lie. The driver turns around and finally picks me up, I told him the address he doesn’t know how to get there. how convenient. I put the gps on on my cell phone and led him to the way. We get half way to my destination he turns on his gps… why didn’t he just turn on his gps in the first place instead of getting us lost all over Newark. This is the best part… We get into the complex I asked him to pull to the side and let me out… this«genius» decides to drive into a parking lot that was chained off so no one can drive in there. He got the cab stuck in the chain. I got out the car and told security he was stuck and went about my business. I will NEVERRRR call them again.
