You’ve got to admire a business that can manage staying open 24 hours a day, even if the service can occasionally be less than the four-star variety. I’ve got no quarrels with this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I have to say I really appreciate the company’s approach to customer rewards, as it relates to the app. Sure, it’s got some kinks to iron out, and it certainly has a way to go before it competes with a Seattle-based coffee chain, at least on a technology level, but a free drink every five visits? Sign me up every day of the week(and twice on Sunday)! Nobody’s perfect, and I can sure overlook minor transgressions from time to time. The convenience alone is worth at least a star or two. I’ll definitely be back.

Poor customer appreciation. This restaurant charges ¢.40, yes you read it correctly! Forty cents for a package of jelly after you spend $ 6.00+ on a combo. This is unacceptable. Makes no sense to nickel and dime a customer who is paying good money for a meal. When they asked for my quarter, dime, and nickel I demanded my 6 dollar bills back because I refused to spend money in a petty unappreciative business such as this which is ran by ppl who do not appreciate the American way, because we all can nickel and dime. I hope you will not tolerate this behavior either.
