horrible. will not go back. ordered online arrived 20 minutes later and they hadn’t started cooking it yet, so we waited ANOTHER15 minutes. wings were old, and overcooked. kids working not helpful or any sense of customer service whatsoever.

People(kids) working the front counter were not attentive and couldn’t care any less. Order for 10 wings took over 20 minutes and when I did receive the wings they were more of fired batter tossed in sauce. I’ll get wings at Pizza Hut next time.

These people don’t greet or acknowledge a customer coming in. I was there 10 min. And no one took my order so I left.

So disappointed! I went back and forth on where I was going to buy wings… I decided to go to wingstop. I ordered the 8 classic wings with Garlic Parmesan. The wings were a nice size but the sauce was only on one side. The sauce and wings had no flavor. It’s like they sprinkled Parmesan cheese on wings and nothing else!!! But I could have dealt with it. What really pissed me off was the fact that I got 7 wings not 8!!! I know it’s one wing but it’s the principal. Please don’t go to the wingstop!!!

When I freshly arrived to America on my campaign to reign over this belligerent country, I had my first meal at a Wingstop, having being used to eating nothing but Greek and Mediterranean food all day, this establishment provided to be an orgy of flavors on my tongue. Ever since then I gave up on my conquest, got a part time job writing conspiracy theories on the internet, and have managed to eat here at least twice a month without fail. Such endeavors has created a financial pit in my pockets, The amount of money I spent on this place is surely the reason for my bankruptcy, but I do not blame this business entity. It is my own fault for being unable to control my addiction. I have beaten my addiction to opium, cigarettes and recreational procreation but I have yet to have the upper hand when dealing with my addiction to their products. Anyway this place has great food, service, and environment. My obesity and risk of heart disease from consuming food from this place was worth it, I have no regrets. Anyway that’s not important. Remember kids; global warning is a hoax, and is used as a scare tactic to allow citizens to let the government spend tax dollars on nuclear warheads. #donaldtrump2016

Have you ever wondered what heaven in your mouth tastes like? If you did this is the place for you. The staff is extremely friendly. And let me tell you about the food its its so good that one time I forgot what my name was. Also shout out to the Latino dude with a mustache and finger tattoos, he knows what a great customer service is like.

The food is great, the choices in the menu are great, and the price is ok. The only disadvantage is the time. Way too long.

This was the worst experience I have had at a Wing Stop. It was bad weather so they were busy, however they told us 17 minutes or less on our order. People that ordered behind us got their food 10 minutes before we did. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food. Customer service is definitely not something they seem to find important. Almost every single table in the restaurant had food and trash on it. I will be driving the extra 7 miles to a different location before I come to this one again.

I love wings and this place has pretty good ones. When here last night and I got the original hot boneless wing combo and the food was pretty decent. The flavor was exes lent but it could have tasted a little fresher and the food could have been warmer. The lady at the counter was not the friendliest but she got the order right. The restaurant itself looked pretty clean and the bathrooms were fine too, so I guess it’s ok.

Oh man oh man. I tell ya nothing is better than some lemon pepper wings from this spot. They really are hard to duplicate. The fries are not all that to me but I’ve gotten some celery/carrots on the side or the beans which are pretty good. Call and order and in 15 minutes you’ll have some hot fresh wings and be good to go. They also have plenty of seats at this location to kick back and relax.

My favorite«quick grab and go wings» place on my way home. . I usually call ahead and pick up my order. Yes, you can call ahead or order online. It will be ready in about 14 minutes. Dine-in is your choice too. The atmosphere is well organized and clean. the staffs are friendly. They always greet me right away and are patient when I decide on flavors. Portion and rice are reasonable. Wings are seasoned just right, not too much or lack of flavor. You can ever go wrong with Lemon Pepper, Louisiana, and Mango Habanero. This location never makes wings so greasy(I know some places do), and sometimes they give me extra wings. Nice!!! Aside from great flavors their fries are also a bomb. Keep it in mind, there is nothing better than hot and fresh! :)

Love wingstop. Eaten at several locations and this one is just as good. Order wings wet if you like a good amount of sauce!

I tried wingstop and i have given them a chance 3 times now. I do not like their wings though! I don’t know what it is, but it just seems dry. Especially everyone’s favorite, garlic parmesan. i did try some boneless BBQ wings from here though, and I would highly recommend those to anyone but their actual wings… I rather make them myself or go elsewhere.

Just a typical place to order wings and have a beer while you’re waiting. Would like to see more variety in flavor. Not a lot to choose from; although I do come here a lot.

Typical wing place. Not a lot of flavors, only 8. For a place with literally only wings and fries you’d expect more. The service was poor, it was kind of dirty, and it took a very long time to get our food. On the upside it’s cheaper than bdubs. They also have fantastic fries which pushes this rating up. They are seasoned with a dash of sugar to really give it a unique flavor. Get the fries and expect mediocre wings and you won’t be disappointed.

Wing Stop in Valley Ranch specializes in fried chicken wings that are tossed in a number of flavors. Each restaurant sports an aviation theme and is a casual, counter service style restaurant. My Overall Rating — 2 Stars(Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere — Most Wing Stops are similar in that they have a counter to order your food, a bench to sit and wait, and a main dining area. You’ll find numerous aviation theme decorations on the wall, and this Wing Stop sports two small TV. There’s no bar or huge flat screens that you’ll find at other wing restaurants. Wing Stop is no frills and chooses to focus on just wings. ½ Star. Service — I normally call in my order first, jump in the car, and by the time I get there my food is ready. I used to visit this location exclusively until the Irving/Royal location opened. My last visit, the order took twice as long(20 wings, fries) and they failed to properly season my fries. It seems they’ve had better days. It wasn’t horrible, but we’re talking wings here. ½ Star. Food — I’ve always preferred Wing Stop sauces over all other wing restaurants. My favorites are Original Hot, Lemmon Pepper, & Cajun. Now over the years their wings have gotten bigger; however, they’re not as tender. In fact, my last few visits the wings were very chewy. Also, I’ll go on record on saying Wing Stop fries are the best… when properly fried and seasoned. Our last visit had neither enough seasoning or crisp. They were flat out bare and soggy. Again, I realize this is not fine dining but they’re French fries. ½ Star. Will I Return? — To Wing Stop — Yes, but not the Valley Ranch location. The Royal/MacArthur location isn’t that much better. I just feel that over the years the quality has dropped quite a bit. I’m not sure if their supplier changed or if all these new restaurants are just doing a better job. I hope they get better or my love affair with those fries will officially end. ½ Star. My Unilocal Rating Scale(Sum of all parts): 1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars — Food — I’ll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the food. 1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food(2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Unilocal score.

Okay, when we first walk-in, the cashier greeted me and was very friendly. I liked that, and the atmosphere was very neat too. We placed an order and the cashier told us that it’ll take at least 15 minutes cause it takes awhile to fry them boneless chickens. Well straight to the point, it was the worst fried chicken ever. And I think it was microwaved even though their franchise insist that they don’t microwave their food. It was not crispy at all and it almost felt like I was chewing on a microwaved leftover food from the cold refrigerator. But their fries were delicious, good stuff.

Hello. My name is Steve, and I am addicted to Wing Stop. I was out getting my car inspected and as I was driving home looking for a place for lunch I saw this place and immediately pulled in. There’s one of these near where I live and I am an addict. I love wings. And they do a great job with them here. The difference between this location and the one in Irving is that this location is a little bigger, and they pour the sodas for you, instead of having the drink machine facing out towards you. Kind of a bummer but well, the wings were excellent. You place your order and it takes awhile: They cook them fresh so it takes about 15 minutes to get your wings. I think that Louisiana Rub is my favorite. The«hot» wings were all right too. I’m hugely addicted to the fries and dipping them in that ranch dressing — my brain goes on overload when I get to have that. The fries are always soggy when I go here though — and that’s a definite minus star — but I still drown them in Ranch dressing. I gotta hit the gym and work this off!!!

I had not had wings in a while and the husband suggested we go there for lunch. The Wing Stop by our house(75 and Royal) has always consistently delivered good flavor in everything, although I haven’t been to them in over 6 months, so maybe they’re all declining. Anyway, on to the food. I ordered their 10 piece boneless wings with 5 lemon pepper and 5 of the garlic parmesan(on the recommendation of the cashier). The lemon pepper were dripping with oil and the flavoring they put on them. There was so much that it kind of coated my tongue and the flavoring had never even made it to the meat of the chicken, it was just in the breading. The garlic parmesan was a tragedy. I’d never ordered it before and it was a bad recommendation. The garlic flavor was just strange(like not real garlic??) and someone else said it best that the parmesan on top just makes the wing taste mealy. Really a bad combination for wings. Their fries are the number one reason I’ve ever gone to Wing Stop and they didn’t even get those right at this location. My fries were mostly under cooked or completely limp, and I only had about half a basket of actual fries. The entire bottom of the basket was nothing but fragments which you couldn’t even dip.(and speaking of dip, my husband had their ranch and felt sick later, don’t think it was good, and my bleu cheese dip tasted off as well. neither of us ate dinner). Overall I was dissapointed! I’ve always been impressed by Wing Stop but this location dissapointed me and I won’t be back. Too many options in the Las Colinas area to go to someplace dissapointing.
