An inexpensive and welcome haven from often-​unappetizing French food, this Mom and Pop shop pleases the hungry traveler while making less of a dent in the bank account than most brasseries. It seats under 20 people, but the waitstaff speak enough English and the menu has items translated. Usually these are signs of a disappointing experience, but the food was fresh, hot, full of taste, and well presented. A tasty treat made to order.
