Luke did a great job for us. I originally thought we needed a full chimney sweep, but once he got there he inspected everything & we were better off than we thought. He ended up doing some work on the chimney that was starting to crack In some places outside. He was very knowledgable and gave us a lot of good information. We really felt like we got a good deal for the money we spent. We didn’t feel overcharged at all. Thanks Luke!

Called about what I thought was a serious problem, turned out that I wanted a bonfire in my tiny fireplace so smoke of course was filling the house. Called Luke up and he was very prompt at getting back to me to schedule appointment. He did it the next morning, arrived on time, very nice guy and very personable. Made sure to cover the whole area with tarps and cleaned the fireplace, repainted the grate and checked out chimney from inside and the attic. Nothing serious, he just informed me that I need to go smaller on the fires. But in Texas we like everything bigger! He cleaned all the mess and texted a week later to see if I was still having any problems. He also said he does other jobs around the house so I’ll definitely be calling him up for other repairs.

Luke called to let me know he was running a little late and when he got here he was so courteous, professional, and informative. I’ve never had a fireplace before so we had to have a little tutorial! He’s a great teacher, calm and cool demeanor-​even my dog liked him right away! He didn’t charge me more than what he quoted me and even shimmied up the ladder onto the roof to check out the seals at the top. I’m VERY pleased with Sullivan’s service and will recommend them to anyone who needs their services. OUTSTANDING!

Luke came to my house yesterday for a chimney cleaning and inspection. I called around to several other chimney services and his prices were the cheapest. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He went to the top and inspected the crown and is coming back to fix the cracks because of his reasonable prices and kind demeanor. I highly recommend using his services if you need your chimney cleaned or inspected.
