This is the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been in. It’s filthy. I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes and nobody has cleaved the tables. They are all dirty. Every single one. There is also a piano in here and two teenagers have been banging out terrible sounding stuff since I sat down. This place is miserable.

Very slow service! Came here on 9÷2÷2014 at 4:18pm. This lady was more concerned about having conversation in Spanish with someone than to pay attention to the rest of the customers that’s been waiting patiently.

I ordered two drinks, the wait was 10 minutes plus… One drink was completely wrong, ordered a venti light mocha frap — the lady made a venti Carmel ribbon crunch frap. She offered to fix it, but I had already waited 10 minutes for the wrong frap. Both fraps did not have enough ice, they lacked the texture of a typical frap. Overall it was a disappointment.

A line of about 10 people, line moving very slow. Painful. They need help. Took a very long time to get a latte. It’s located inside a grocery store, not your typical Starbucks service.
