I have never had a problem at any Sonic, including this one. The workers are always friendly, fast and my order is always correct. I use this Sonic quite often. I do believe a new intercom does need to be installed for the drive thru.

My first one star review. If you dont have atleast 15 minutes to wait, then don’t go here. Today for a sandwich I waited 35 minutes. How this location fall under fast food category, time wise they competing with high scale steak house(where required 20 – 30 minutes). This is my 5th visit here and every time I have to wait an average of 15 minutes minimum. Not sure what they doing inside, if you are suffering with short temper then this place is not for you, also if you planning to win the peace Nobel price in the future, come here this is the first step for you. I am totally disappointed here, and I’m not planning to have a Nobel anytime.

Poor service. It took fifteen minutes to get our food from drive thru. We ordered one cheeseburger combo. Everyone behind us received their food first. Where is management?

They get my drink order wrong everyday ! I’ve been there 3 times in about two weeks and the same person always takes my order. And never can remember it until he gets to my car with the wrong drink !

Service is terrible. All the way from the managers to the car hops. A couple days ago, I entered into one of the stalls and began to order only to find out that one didn’t work by a manager yelling at me to move. It’s considered fast food, but I would advise you NOT to go here unless you want to wait for nearly 20 minutes if not longer. Their rating should speak for itself.

Closest location to my residence for the past 8 years, so often find myself stopping by here. Service usually sucks, especially those teenage workers who don’t care about what they are doing. So annoying to have your time wasted simply because they are lolligagging around but whatevs. I like happy hour 2 – 4 drink specials, so that’s when I come around. Gave up on ordering food cause let’s face it, it’s sonic… Only now and then do I cave to their cheddar peppers and that’s it

wish I could put no stars. the intercom person was rude and interrupted us. Then when we pulled to the drive thru window the girls in the back were talking disrespectfully about us as we sat there and listened. Poor customer service. Utterly dissatisfied.

The girl taking order can’t understand the difference between cranberry, blueberry, raspberry & lemonberry! And very sloooooow service! Nothing Sonic speed here in the listening skills or service. Would give them ¼ Star rating if I could.

This is the slowest sonic in the world. It is next to my work so it is convenient but waiting 15 minutes is an oxymoron to fast food.

Food was hot and fresh but the service was terrible. I had to repeat my order 4 times and ended up simplifying my order just so I could get my food and leave. Hopefully the next experience will be better.

By the way, I am writing this as «one star FOR A SONIC». I have never cared for Sonic food but I tend to not rate fast food unless it’s particularly bad in either service or quality. In this case, it’s the service(the quality is Sonic-quality) that drives me to review this place. Every time we go there at night it seems like a group of trained pigeons could run it better. One time they took our order over six times and still messed it up. This is after the lady came out and wrote everything down, we checked it, and we still didn’t get our whole order(which was maybe 6 things). Two or three other times we got things that looked like the right thing on inspection but were wrong when we got back to my friends’ place. I don’t remember the specifics but it was obvious things like having no sausage in a breakfast burrito advertised to contain sausage. Another time we went and had to wait over 30 minutes with no explanation why. Another time we were charged a dollar more than we should’ve been and it took so long to fix that we just drove off without our dollar. Why, do you ask, would this man eat this many times at this Sonic? It is the only thing near my friends’ apartment that is open late. We’ve since stopped going there(finally)
