I asked for BLT lightly cooked. I received a sandwich in a ball very light in crispy bacon. Some was too hard to eat and the bread tasted burnt but didn’t look burnt. As always you should check Unilocal for reviews. I didn’t because I didn’t really mean to stop here. But i did turn around on the highway for the«all the kings men should have called us sign. Well that place was closed. Now i wonder if this place is next?

I will refer you to my previous 3 star review, for nothing has really changed… except my understand of one of their deceptive food items: the slushes. What is deceptive is that you can order a Diet Coke or Coke Zero slush, but you still get the sugar. I found this out on one of my many previous trips(I have since moved from Irving to Richardson, so I don’t patronize this location any longer). I ordered a Coke Zero slush, and the guy recognized me over the speaker, because he said to me: «Do you realize that you are still getting the sugar and calories in the slush even when you order Diet Coke or Coke Zero?» I was shocked, and asked why. He said that the slush mix is premade and a soda is simply added to that mix to make it a slush, and the slush mix contains A LOT of sugar. I thanked him and canceled my order. Now, I was getting the Coke Zero slush to cut down on calories because I was dieting and working out, and I should have gone with my gut when it seemed too good to be true. Additionally, if I knew I was still ingesting sugar, I might as well have gotten the real deal and ordered a regular Coke slush. I drink Coke Zero because it is a decent ALTERNATIVE to Classic Coke, NOT because I prefer it to Classic Coke. My particularities and complaining aside, this is potentially dangerous for diabetic people that can have serious health consequences from ingesting sugar. Sonic NEEDS to make this clear to their patrons and STOP making Diet and Zero drinks available to be slushes. Other than that, there is nothing else to complain about at this location… stopped by a few times and had satisfactory service. Food is «Sonic» good, which means you have a craving for an extraordinarily large slushy of some exotic flavor or a cheeseburger that would give Ronald McDonald stomach pains…

I have been to this location and twice and have no complaints. The service was always fast and the food was exaclty what I wanted. I have gotten the Oreo Cheesecake shake(not my favorite but ok), the Strawberry Cheesecake shake(excellent), and mozzarella sticks(yum!). I will probably continue to go here especially with the half price shakes after 8pm!

I’ve never had any issues with this Sonic getting my order wrong or anything, which is a plus at any fast food restaurant. The servers have always been really nice, and service is swift.

I’ve never been to a Sonic before so decided to try it out with my bf since we had a coupon. Service was quick. There were no people in font of us when we went to the drive through so we didn’t experience the delay in service that others have mentioned. I got the chili cheese dog which I enjoyed. Also, had the tots which which were good. I like that Sonic has tots available throughout the day instead of just for breakfast.

Most Sonic’s have you out in six maybe seven minutes. I visit almost daily and have noticed the service diminishing slowly.

food is always great at Sonics, but for some reason this place is always slow on service. If you aren’t in a rush, this sonic is okay. 27 minute wait and I still do not have my food yet. and it’s just a sonic burger… This is bad service.

This Sonic is a complete wreck, they wouldn’t even have my business(or two stars) if I didn’t have to go to them so often because they are literally across the street from my main office building. I adore them for their happy hour, 2pm-4pm baby!, but I really hate how slow they are. They are most definitely the slowest Sonic I have ever been to in my entire life, you could seriously wait 15 minutes to just get a soda. God forbid you actually order food, you might spend most of your break just waiting for the food to get to you. Then there’s the problem with orders being wrong. Although this has improved in the last few months, for a while you’d have to send back the order 2 – 3 times before they brought you everything correct. I think this issue might be one of the main problems with it taking FOREVER to get food. The drive-thru is marginally faster and I recommend you avoid the pull up and stop spots if you value your time at all. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the food is consistently pretty good, I just hope you get to try it before yout boss is asking where you are!
