Stay away! I had the same experience as others. I purchased a Living Social deal for three room cleaning for $ 20. I called this place and schedule an appointment for two weeks out. That day moved all furniture and they never showed up. Called them again left message, they called back and rescheduled for 5 days later(left furniture moved) and again they were a no show and no call. I will be filing a report with the BBB. This is a terrible company that basically stole from any of us that purchased a groupon or living social deal.

After calling a dozen times, finally got my appointment booked for my groupon purchased. In 2 hrs, she only cleaned my half bath and the countertops in master bath. She left the kitchen, all the bedrooms, and the livingroom untouched. I could of done this cleaning myself in under 30 minutes. Tried leaving messages but no one will call me back. Don’t use this service!

I also used their services after purchasing a Groupon. I booked carpet cleaning for my home before I moved into it. I vacuumed the day before we moved in and the carpets were still filthy. They had the audacity to call me back last month to advertise their tile and grout cleaning services. No thanks!

Groupon deal gone wrong. This is a one woman show. Cleaner left after 1.5 hours even though I paid for 2. Did not clean anything but the living room and kitchen. Have left multiple voicemails with no return. On 2nd cleaning, tech left a note saying no one answered the door. I had left DETAILED instructions for our key entry service. Completely unsatisfied with their availability, cleaning services, and customer service. Have reported them to Groupon.

I had a living Social voucher for this company. Left 3 voicemails to have them call me which they never did. Was finally able to get someone to answer and she was very rude. She stated they return all voicemails. Wanted carpets cleaned before thanksgiving so booked for Monday 11⁄14. I was told that it would cost $ 5 extra if they have to vacuum and pet stains are extra. Of all the cleaning companies I have used, I have never been told this. The day of the cleaning we were called and said tech was sick and we could not rebook until mid December. I called to speak with a manager and another very rude phone person just kept saying manager wasn’t there and if he doesn’t call back to call Living Social for our money back. In the conversation was told he was manager over ALL the technicians which mean they have several. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Dint book with this company ever! I am sure with this kind of attitude their quality of work is substandard also. Have put in complaint with Living Social and will check with BBB also. People need to be aware of this company and their shortcomings.
