I have to admit I was skeptical when I heard I could replace my old security system in my house and my office to an updated cell phone friendly alarm system with video monitoring, and remote access to my thermostats to control the temperature of both locations. All for the same money I was spending. After meeting with Brandon Parraway, I felt confident in his ability to deliver. WOW!!! did he ever deliver!!! I now have remote access via video to my office and my home on my cell phone I can control the temperature of those home and office and I can arm or disarm my alarm from my cell phone at any location. All of this for the same price that I was paying another company that is severely outdated. I also have PEACE of MIND with my Grandchildren who are at home with a Nanny during the day. I am watching :)

Brandon & his team are quick, courteous & don’t try to over-​sell you. They also will provide responsive service if needed. I have worked with major security services before (ADT & Brinks) but they can’t touch Brandon/​Pro-​techs service. Highly recommend if you prefer dealing with local folks rather than someone across the nation.
