Pita Pit

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I love Pita pit, but this place ruined it for me. The service is horrible and slow. If anyone has 30 mins for lunch, don’t plan on going there because you’ll be waiting forever. I came when no one was there and they still couldn’t get my food done in a decent time. To top it off, after being helped with no one in there initially, they help 3 others that came in after me and still wasn’t done with mine. What’s disgusting is that the people that’s handling the food had hairy armsand it was touching the food while making my pita. That should be consider a health violations. I won’t ever be back.

So today was my first visit here and i was not a happy customer when i walked out. The cashier was nice until she started yelling over the guys shoulder while he was making my order. The set up of the restaurant was nice and the staff was average but when my order was finished being made… i was handed 2 napkins, and a wrapped pita with out a bag to take it in… BTW my order was togo… will not return

First visit was a solid 5 stars. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member. She asked if I had ever been there before and when I said no she explained the concept of how to order and what my options were. Then a second employee walked out from the back and was very friendly. There were so many options that sounded good so I went with the chicken that the employee said was her favorite. Oh my gosh– it was delicious. I want to try other things on the menu next time but I will probably order the same thing because it was so good.
The concept of the restaurant reminded me of subway but the quality was better and the staff were more polite. They really seemed to enjoy working there.
The inside was super clean and modern.

They are now open! Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was good. I had the regular gyro and wife had the small turkey on wheat. You first pick your meat and then it is grilled with the veggies of your choice. Then you pick sauces, cheeses and the other veggies that were not grilled. They also have chips and cookies. They also have one of those fancy soda machines. I would recommend it and will go again.

One of the best sandwiches I ever had! Fresh, grilled and saucy. can’t go wrong.
