I brought my little brother here and they screwed up ever part of our order, even bringing out the appetizer, entrée and dessert all at the same time… almost an hour after we ordered them.

I had not been here for about two years. Came for my birthday dinner and the food and service were both mediocre, at best. The wait was about 30 minutes on the Sunday before MLK, so we understood why it was so busy. However, when w were seated, we looked around and saw a bunch of empty tables. This led us to believe that it was lack of staff rather than tables that caused the wait. Anyway, our waitress was a little all over the place and in a rush clearly. She was also almost yelling instead of talking in an inside voice. She also kind of dropped the plates on the table instead of putting them down gingerly. It was a bit harsh. She obviously did not like her job or management is not taking care of the waitstaff properly and pushing them to their limits. Either way, that’s not the patrons fault. So we ordered the shrimp scampi, chicken scampi, chicken parmesan, and mushroom ravioli. The scampis had similar flavors, just different protein. Unfortunately the flavor was just not good, especially on the shrimp scampi. The mushroom ravioli and chicken parmesan were good. But I did notice since my last visit that the quality of ingredients and flavor have gone down and its unfortunate. The best part was the salad and breadsticks, as it usually is! I doubt I will come back here, at least to this location. Oh yes, my bro told the waitress it was my birthday expecting her to say something about a possible free dessert or not, but she just looked at him and walked away. Pretty rude. Ok peace!

Worst Zupa Tuscany soup ever, nothing but potatoes and bits of kale with soup base being pureed potato. Manager didn’t care said it was probably left over and didn’t offer to even remove charge.

I’m from Cali waited about the 35 minutes for 5 people on a Friday night, so I understand the situation, the hostess we’re really nice. Our waiter Antonio or antonhyo whatever it was really amazing, came every 5 – 10 minutes asking for refills on drinks, twist, and salads also gave some recommendations on local bars in downtown Dallas and Arlington, overall had an amazing experience in Fort Worth Olive Garden, thank you Antonio!

I never thought I would like Olive Garden considering it was a chain restaurant, but I really liked it. The lasagna was deli sous and I love the salad. The breadsticks didn’t live up to the expectations but they were still okay.

I came here not too long ago with my family, and after waiting for about an hour we were finally seated. We all have very small stomachs and get full very fast, especially when filling our stomachs with their tasty breadsticks. Our waitress came and was semi– friendly when we ordered our drinks, but once we placed an order for 2entrees instead of 4. She started to ignore our table, not to mention messing up on my brothers entrée of the Lasagna Classico. Once we started to eat our meal, she did not come back to our table, we had to try to catch her for our bill, which took another 20 minutes to do so. The food overall was okay, not the tasty food that I am use too. The service was horrible, considering the section we sat in was empty. Will not be coming back here!

This place is a far cry from any olive garden ive ever been to. Had to whipe off my own table after a 15 minute wait to b sat. Mind you when I was sat the back of the restaurant was empty. Seriously??? The bartender smelt like a bag of weed, the servers stood around and watched as I cleaned my own table off. This place should be called shit garden… worst 30 $ ive spent. Guess I should have known you can put a olive garden in the hood but you cant keep the hood out of this olive garden

Fidèle à sa réputation, la nourriture n’est pas incroyable mais les prix sont raisonnables et il y a toujours une grosse salade en entrée. Un classique.

I’ve often had a negative service/food experience and even submitted a complaint to their corporate office about this location. The manager tried his best to show us great service but unless they were expecting us, The same bland service was always given. Last week this all changed when we had Carla as our waitress. She went above and beyond our expectations! Our glasses were always full and she kept bringing out fresh bread. Even in the middle of eating my bowl of soup she brought out a new bowl that was hot and delicious. At the end of the meal she offered tea to go and of course she won us over with more of the Andes mints. She was always a step ahead and we didn’t NEED anything. Our plates, glasses and bellies were full! She changed our opinion about this location and we will continue to go if service like hers is being provided!

Came here to celebrate a nephew’s confirmation. Service is subpar at best. I asked for fresh black pepper and the server pointed to the pepper shaker on the table. The food arrived in shifts. As a result most of the food was cold. Bunch of managers walking around but seemed to not care. Since we were a big group we had to top the requisite 18%.of I had a choice I would leave 5. Not coming back here again.

This establishment has been exceeding my expectations. My family likes to gift me dining cards for holidays, which means I get to dine out for almost free. Olive Garden isn’t very expensive, at all. Among the Dardens chain restaurants, this Olive Garden stands out for good quality food and service. Our waiter, Orlando, was so attentive to our needs. He offered a complimentary sample of the house Malbec right away. Orlando anticipated all our dining needs, throughout our dinner, and even offered iced tea to go, before we departed. The promotional items at Olive Garden are always a good value. My only advice is that if you expect an al dente pasta, don’t order a promotional item, unless you ask for the pasta to be prepared al dente. The older I get, the more I enjoy this place. I’d rank it higher than many other Italian restaurants. It gets five stars for meeting or exceeding my expectations, probably due to exceptional training of their staff, and food quality control. If you’re a restaurant snob, probably under the age of 40, just stay away. You won’t appreciate this place, and you won’t know what you’re missing. On the other hand, if you feel you’re entitled to a good meal, and you have an entitled attitude to match, don’t worry– you’ll get the same good Italian food that every customer is entitled to!

I work close by therefore try to come in for my one hour lunch at least once a week. The service is always slow, I enjoy sitting inn the bar at a high top table because I’m by myself. I am, seated and then never waited on… today I finally had to approach the, manager and ask him for service and, explained how I had been sitting inn the bar area and needed to be back at work in an hour. He responded quickly…

The food was tasty and arrived very hot. Which is good because I don’t like a warm plate. I like my food hot. Our server Anthony T had great customer service. We took a liking to his food recommendations. I have no complaints. I will continue to go to the Olive Garden in Irving.

For some reason picking Olive Garden for a meal is not really a bad choice, except when you are really hungry and there is a wait of 39 minutes. After being seated, the we told the waitress that we were vegetarians so that she could tell us if any of our orders had any meat or its derivatives in them. The 4 stars above is because she wasn’t aware. But her supervisor helped us out on that. The food was good. No issues on that.

Ok the food was ok. I enjoyed the company of my kid and grand-daughter. BUT, the service was sooo slow. I mean, usually, hot, fresh and 40 minutes from start to finish. UH, we were in here for an hour and 20 minutes! For gosh sakes! Loved the soups and I had shrimp and polenta, not bad

I think 2 – 3 stars is pretty accurate. I went with a friend for the soup and salad lunch special for $ 6.99. The breadsticks taste like they were previously frozen, and then lathered with butter. The salad was okay, and the soups were meh. The Gnocchi soup was good, but the minestrone was weird. It lacked a lot of flavor and it had mini shell noodles in there. I think the minestrone needs a lot of work.

Olive Garden is one of many good choices when you have the urge for Italian. Our waiter provided good service. The are a myriad of choices on the menu and an endless supply of bread sticks. I ordered the Shrimp Caprese Alfredo, which is delicious. Desert was a strawberry & white chocolate dolcini cream cake which was rich in flavor and too good not to finish.

Waitress was friendly the olive garden is older and shows its age. But the food is good just like every other olive garden I’ve been too. Nothing like consistency.

Not everything on the menu is good but there are great choices. The salad is awesome, the bread sticks are delicious and the house wine is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Today we had the Shrimp Mezzaluna and the Black Tie Chocolate Mousse Cake… Wow!
