I love the ribbon aisle! So many selections and usually great sales going on and they are great about moving you through the line quickly.

I ordered a book from Michael’s to be shipped to my nephew for Christmas. They use a 3^rd party vendor named ExpuiroFullfillment to mail these books. I ordered it on Dec. 13 and today is Dec. 26^th… still no delivery. Instead the book is getting more frequent flyer miles than I am. I have called and emailed all parties involved including USPS. Michael’s sent me an email giving me the tracking which I already had and didnt address the problem at all. When I called Michaels customer service, I was told I would have to call Exquiro which I already had emailed and then got a recording when I called them. I have also called USPS and was told that since they dont know who I am, I would have to come to a physical USPS office and fill out one of their forms.
All of this is ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever had. Michael’s has nice stores but they really dont have their act together at all when it comes to online. I would strongly urge people not to buy anything from them on the web.
Poor, poor poor customer service!!!

Oh Michaels, I love you. Anyways, this is a brand spanking new store. It looks clean and is bright and shiny. Let’s see how long that lasts. They are well staffed and I have not had trouble finding people for help. They have literally everything you can imagine for arts and crafts and with their coupons from their weekly ad or their adroid/​iPhone app, you are in business!

Brand new store in a really good location. I went in to find more little things for my upcoming wedding. As soon as I walked in, I was flabbergasted at the size of the place. This place is HUGE!!! It was everything! You name it, you will find it. I went to so many Michaels stores looking for a particular sized pearl pins for my floral bouquets. Never had any luck anywhere. So, I tried one last time one week before my wedding and of course I find it here within 5 mins. Thank you Michaels!!! Seriously, my centerpieces turned out even more beautiful because of these pins and they were such a pain to find. Lesson learned: go to the Irving Michaels first the next time I need something. Bonus fun fact: Michaels has a reward now! DUDE… no one ever told me about it ever until I came to this store.
