Men’s special haircut for 50 bucks? wow… went yesterday to do hair cut yesterday and a Lady asked if I am looking for special haircut, I simply said I just need a simple haircut.20 bucks to do clipper cut??? WOW… The way I was approached. simply walked out without my haircut. Would I recommend? Perhaps not… but I wont ask people not to go because you may have different expectation.

First time getting a haircut at this location and Although my first impression was omg this place looks kinda ghetto I was fairly impressed with the service. Great job on my hair.

Been here a few times before without too much trouble. I went today around 6PM, there were two stylists present, one with a customer and the other was sweeping the floor. She acknowledged me by asking How can I help you? I told her I needed a haircut, she told me to come back at 7PM in a very rude way, it was so rude that I didn’t even bother asking why and left. There was nobody in the waiting area. I will never return to this location.

Not a fan. Been here about 5 times now. I have had better and I’ve had worse for the cost. My primary issue is that i have been twice now, recently at about an hour and a half and then literally two hours away from closing and been turned away in a very rude and unapologetic manner… with only one stylist busy and another not doing anything and no body else in house. Somtimes a guy’s schedule is busy and I don’t always have time to make an appointment. If you say you take walk-ins, you should honor that policy. This is the only barber shop/stylist shop that I have ever, I mean ever been turned away at. Same lady cut my hair for 15+ years in Austin since i was a kid. When she left the business I then found another Barber, Mr. Pounds. And for the last 3 years he has always taken care of me with exceptional service. For him its not just a job, rather a vocation. His chosen profession. And that translates through and through. You turned away a potential long term client, who is also a generous tipper to a fault, one who has struggled to find a reasonable place here in Dallas to get his haircut. Perhaps that’s the difference between professionals and employees who punch in a clock. Still searching in Dallas. Will never return here or to your chain for that matter though… because of the experience and the way I was made to feel. Not once… but twice.

Once again worst experience. I’ve had good experience here before, but its just ridiculous the service when they turn you down and the place is dead. Thankfully I didn’t get a cut here today today. It’s the last time I’ll ever go here — after 3 years! See ya!

I get the attraction. A free beer while you get your haircut. Really gimmicky to be honest. Its hard to drink a beer with hair falling off your head and someone using clippers and scissors near your face. The haricut itself was fine, above average actually according to my wife. Price was definitely on the high side… probably to account for the cost of the beer. There are no counters at each station, there is just a full length mirror. It was weird looking at my entire self getting a haircut, Im used to just seeing shoulders and up. Maybe if I were an Adonis it would have been fine, but Im a fatass, so I didnt really like it. Also I wear glasses, so since there is no countertop there is really nowhere to put your glasses… The thing that REALLY turned me off though, was that I showed up with a coupon that I had gotten as a mailer from Knockouts. But when I presented it they said it was for the store down the street, not their store. It doesnt really say that on the coupon, and even if it did, you mailed it to MY house, and this was the closest location to my house, so it doesnt really make sense. Probably would have earned my repeat business if they had mentioned that it was for the other store, but honored the coupon anyway. So I’ll keep shopping for a place to get my hair cut.

Awesome! I make an appointment, walk in and get taken care of. No lines and no waiting, what more could you ask for. Perfect cut every time. Staff is awesome and prompt. Great service, great cut.

Bad customer service. I showed up on December 31 at 5:30PM. Outside the door it was a sign: «Due to the New Year holiday we are closing at 6PM…» I was giving my name and phone number and a gentleman showed up a couple of minutes after me… One of the ladies tells me she can’t cut my hair because the gentleman that SHOWEDUPLATE, had the last spot of the day. One stylist finished a customer’s haircut as a walked in, another stylist was cleaning the floor and another one was on the back. I don’t have long hair, I just wanted a clean up. When the lady gave me her excuse, I decided no to argued with her because arguing with a person before you get your hair done is not a good idea. Before i walked out the door. I look at the clock and it was 5:40 pm. I will not recommend this place. Save yourself some headache and find another place to get a haircut

Felt like i needed a haircut in a rush so I took a gamble… against my better judgement I felt like saving the money to risk it with crackedout, I meant Knockedouts(even though GLOW was right next store which has the best stylists in Las Colinas). One of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever received. The young ladies remind one of a cracked out laurel and hardy couple, except comical in a sad, sorry, pitiful way. Both women seem disinterested in their work and are not friendly at all. These girls are duds(not knockouts in the sense of cute ladies, but in the pfffft sense that they had been knocked out one too many times because there was no way anyone will think these girls are bright or have any brains at all(looked like she may have been kocked physically too). Shariqa(I think was her name) did not put any effort into the whole process from the shampoo to the combing or the blowdrying or even the thank you. I choose this place thinking«how bad could it be, in a rush». For the prices they charge I cant believe they get repeat business. $ 25 for a bad vut and two shampoos, i may have gotten scabies from this girls hands. i guess the regulars must be suckers for the most corny atmosphere and love the FREECOMPLIMENTARY8oz miller lite. I feel like a loser for having to be in that place fo as long as I had. I dont know how to scrub that off. I tried to make it a pleasant experience for myself but there was little there for me to work with up in that crows nest. I tried to ask opinions and advice to open up a dialogue about the process but she wasn’t having any of it. most women, and even my barbers, love to discuss what to do with hair and advice because they truly care about their work and the industry they choose to be in. My two weeks cant come soon enough so I can get a proper styled cut. I wish I didnt wimp out and refused to pay for the service, Im sure I could write a little blurb to the company and get a free haircut or two but its not even worth it because I rather save other form experiencing what i went through(the horror). Too bad everything in Las Colinas is corn ball central and just junk to make quick money. welp I hope ive learned my lesson. Only get bad haircuts once every few years so I should be set for a while.

I am very pleased with my stylist at knockouts. It took a couple visits to find the best stylist for my fair but it was worth it.

I showed up at 7:35PM at a haircut place that closes at 8. They wouldn’t take me, even though the place was almost empty. Unbelievable.
