Joseph Ainsworth III, DDS

I went to Joseph Ainsworth to have braces put on and not to say anything derogatory about his age but the fact is he is very old and his hands shake so much that his young female assistants had to take over and put the braces on and change out the wires on later visits. He tries to do it but is simply not able to because of his hands shaking.
When i first went there for a consultation, the office manager came out to discuss the braces with me and length of time I would be in braces, etc. I thought the orthodontist would discuss this with me himself but I never saw Dr. Ainsworth until after I went in for my first treatment date and had already put money down. I think they do this as probably don’t think prospective patients would chose Dr. Ainsworth as their orthodontist once they saw that he is an elderly person.
I transferred to another orthodontist for this reason and would advise anyone seeking orthodontic treatment to seek out someone else. Also I believe he only works about three days a week as I was told he is semi-​retired.

There are two front desk receptionists which were super friendly and two working closely with the DR in the back. I love how they made me feel comfortable and willing to work with me. Went for a free consult for my braces and was impressed on the knowledge and thoroughly explanations on what needed to be done to my teeth. I was sold on top of that I felt like I was in good hands with a great deal.
