Firehouse Subs

David Haynes made my sandwich. He is a sandwich God. My sub came out just like the picture. Wait, actually even better. I got all the veggies and sides on there and it was big as hell. Nothing came out or fell apart as I ate it. It was symmetrical and beautiful. I kid you not it was perfect.
he has made me a lover of firehouse.
There was a girl working here today that wouldn’t stop staring at us as we ate. That was probably the most awkward thing lol

Ssssssssllllllooooooooooooooooowwwwww is all I have to say about this place… I will never come back. The line worker looks like she doesnt want to be there. You don’t want to be there? GTFO… I’m so annoyed.

It was my first time here and probably the best decision I made that day!
It was lunch time and I was craving subs. I wasn’t sure about Firehouse because no one really talks about it. However, I decided to be brave and try it out!
Its called Firehouse because I think it was originated from Firemen. The workers were SUPER sweet. The cashier, I believe his name was Derick, was probably the most nicest worker ever. He explained how they made the sandwhiches and explained how the menu worked.
I usually take a lifetime to decide my order but he was very patient with me.
Their sub sizes are kind of on the smaller end but the fillings are very rich so it will fill you up.
One other thing that made me fall in love was their huge selection of hot sauces! They labeled all their sauces in order of least spicy to spicy!

It was my first time and it was delicious! The workers were very friendly and was kind enough to explain everything with a smile.
I ordered the «Club on a Sub», medium size (8″), with chips and drink (around $ 6) and it was very filling. They are famous for their warm subs.
My sister got the «Hook and Ladder» and I actually liked this one better. This is their #1 customer favorite sub so I would recommend this to new customers.

First time in since renovation. Wow! Clean, nice décor and relaxing. Greeted by staff upon entering and they were very attentive. Manager was personable and multitasking between greeting guests, taking orders and arranging a carry out. He confidently handed me over to Jose who was cordial and accurate. The line staff appeared to enjoy working with one another. Smiling while taking care of their tasks and each pitching in. Could tell those frequent customers by the way staff greeted and interacted. Oh and what a great tasting Hook and Ladder on wheat fully involved sandwich. Definitely coming back to try more. A real treat in the middle of a busy and hot afternoon. Well done all around.

This is my Saturday «go-​to» place for lunch before or after the gym. Good selection, prepared well with AWESOME service. After a couple of visits, you’ll know what you like best, and it’s always served with a smile.

They do not deliver. Unilocal needs to update this. Firehouse has the best sandwiches hands down. What a disappointment.

This location is great. The staff always make you feel welcome and helps with questions you may have about the menu. The food is always fresh. Great place for a great meal.

Every time I go in there I’m greeted by an awesome staff. They are very friendly and helpful and the subs are utterly amazing. My goal is to try everything on their menu.

Their food is over rated and over priced. The subs are very small and the ingredients tasted old. The food certainly was not fresh as advertised.
The meat was old and the veggies looked like they had been left out overnight. They are more expensive than Subway and not near as good.
This will be my last visit here.

They sell the best beef and cheddar brisket I’ve ever eaten… I have to come once a week or else my week won’t be complete… Great service too.

This was my very first time eating at Firehouse. I have always heard great things about the quality and freshness of Firehouse subs, and their amazing customer service. I went online and checked out all the food items! WOW. Each and every sub looked amazing. Sometimes however, the picture looks better online than it does when you actually get your meal! But that was not the case! The presentation of the food once I got here was way over my head! They had nicely and neatly placed the sub in the box and wrapped it in Firehouse Paper nice and neat! Then a knife and fork where places ontop, which I have never seen that done before at a sub place! And then a nice warm slicked pickley was placed in a seperate baggy! The bread was super fresh and soft! The meatballs almost tasted home made, which was crazy. And the sauce was to die for! I got it topped off with peppers and pepper jack chesse! WOW is all I can say. The perfection combination of food in your mouth! Each bite got better and better! Very impressed. I must say that this is at the top of the list when it comes to Sub Eating!

Just ate a sub there for lunch, the Hook and Ladder. It was fresh as can be. Delicious. The location was very clean and the staff was absolutely friendly. Parking is a little jacked up front, but that’s no reason to not eat here.

Their subs are great! They pile on the meat and toppings and there are probably a hundred hot sauces to choose from to top it off. The employees are very friendly and helpful at this location. I have been to this location several times and I’ve always been satisfied!

My daughters friend posted her sub on fb and it looked so good we decided to go to FH and try a sub. We love Italians so obviously that’s what we ordered. We were both disappointed :(It was sweet tasting, we agreed it must be honey ham that was the sweetness… NO honey ham on an Italian! Might go back and try the meatball one day.

Very impressed with this restaurant it was my first time visiting. The location is good, but the traffic in the area is not so good at peak hours of lunch and shopping. The parking lot is rather small, so be careful when turning around. But the customer service in there was very efficient they greeted you with a smile, made your sub to perfection.

My first Firehouse Sub will NOT be my last! Absolutely the best sub I have eaten. The sub was exactly as ordered. It was picture perfect. When is the last time that happened?
Firehouses way DOES beat their way! Plenty of meat, no need to hunt for it. Incredible value. I am «hooked.»

Great food, excellent service, place was very clean. Will definitely be going back.
