The location is decieving… Looks a bit shady but the staff was very nice and sincere. Adriana was great, had a facial.

I have been going here for nearly 8 years !! I moved from Irving and I Still commute to go get my hair done or sugaring .I love Maria she is the best .the Staff is very friendly .Like any Salon I see new hair stylest all the time but i never hesitate to use them.

I love this place. My wife and I go here together and it’s always a really good experience. The staff is awesome, and they serve you beer or wine or whatever. You can’t hate a place that gives you free liquor!

Finally a place that isn’t afraid to cut my hair short! I’ve been looking for a place for years that will actually cut my hair the length I want it. I’m a female that likes my hair short because I have very thick hair and I don’t want to wake up an hour earlier to do it. I’ve been to many different places in the last few years but it seems like everyone is too cautious about cutting it short. I would always encourage them to go shorter and told them if I didn’t like it, it would always grow back.
As soon as I walked in I knew this was the place. Amy cut my hair perfectly and cut it all off with no hesitation. She also styled it very well and made it easy for me to do the same at home. My coworkers ow comment when I don’t do my hair because it looks so good when I do… and it only takes five minutes.
The rest of the staff is also very nice. We called today to make an appointment and they immediately knew my husband and I without asking our names, and we’ve only been there twice previously.
I won’t go anywhere else!

Can I give this «salon» 0 stars?
I made an appointment at this business a couple years ago (before I knew about Unilocal,that’s for sure) for a hair color change. I’d been dying my hair black with this safe, plant-​based dye for a year or so, but was ready to get some red highlights put in my hair. This didn’t seem to be that challenging of a task — especially for a business whose website claimed to be «hair color experts» (they have since taken that description down).
I got stuck with France because the original stylist had an emergency and had to leave town. After an hour of pure bleach on all my hair (??), I had white roots, orange through the middle, brown and then still black on the ends. She never did get rid of the black, and immediately started blaming the hair color I was using — a simple box color, btw — and making a bunch of excuses why this wasn’t going as she had planned. She put some red on top of the bleach nightmare, and now my roots were pink, the mid-​section was a nice red, and the ends were still black (of course).
This had been about a 4 hour process. It was closing time, so she said she would fix it the following day or so for me, but they made me settle up at that time.
When I came back to have the hair fixed, they refused to do any work without further payment. Granted, Fran/​France spent a lot of time on my hair, but it’s not my fault she doesn’t know how to approximate a job or how long it will take… and I paid the first time after they promised they would fix it. The owners were there and were extremely hostile the whole time, how this is my fault, how I got what I paid for, etc. Apparently, having 3 different colors of hair when you are done is acceptable to this place of business. I still have photographic evidence of the horrible dye job.
They slapped some darker dye on my hair so it was closer to one color and not such a hideous embarrassment (hint: didn’t work) and I left to go to a much better (Cheaper!), professional salon who had no trouble fixing my hair.
Edit: The new owners contacted me and asked me to come in for a color session (or to take my review down). I don’t really feel comfortable doing either, but thought I would mention that the new owners seem to be giving it a go.

I live near this salon and have been there several times in the last few years for various services: waxing, massage, hair cut & color. It has been reliable every time. Last night I went in for sugaring (an alternative to waxing) and France did a wonderful job! She was friendly, professional and experienced; an altogether excellent experience. I’ve had waxing done in other local nail salons with horrible results, so Final Cut was a pleasant change. Thank you! I’ll be back!

4÷16÷09 In response to a letter dated 4÷14÷09 and a phone conversation this afternoon, I would like to follow-​up and state that my shampoo, conditioner, cut and styling of hair and eyebrow threading services took 1 hour, 39 minutes. While this time is accurate, to me it felt longer. That’s the difference. I wasn’t in a rush, I simply felt the environment made it feel longer than it actually was. First impressions matter. This business is not a SuperCuts, but a hair salon. However, after the letter and conversation I have had, I would simply say that the basic principle in business that «the customer is always right» is not recognized by the management and their inability to handle negative feedback is disappointing. While I was satisfied with my cut, I communicated other concerns directly about the environment and she simply said, «If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all.» This business, like thousands of others can be Googled and you will discover mixed feelings about this place. Some provide positive feedback, while others negative. Receiving a hair cut is more than a service, it’s about making a connection and I didn’t feel that here and for this reason I will not return.
