I came to this location because it’s closest to my hotel. I needed to print some documents I need to send. I’m used to FedEx Office locations with free wi-​fi so all I would be paying for is the cost of printing.
They don’t have wi-​fi, so I have to «rent» a workstation. The computer says 0.30/min, but it was charged 0.32/min. I told the employee and she disagreed with what I was telling her. Then when she came to the computer and saw for herself that it says 0.30/minute, she didn’t exactly apologize, she just said «Oh I see where it says that.» Then she walked away.
It’s just a means to an end. Definitely not a place I would use again. I’d travel a little more next time.

The employees here were maybe the worst out of any store I’ve ever been to. I walked in and immediately heard them complaining about work. Then when I asked the simple question of «Hey do you guys actually carry this large box you have on display here?» They responded with attitude and just said, «Yeah.»
“Ok, where are they?”
«In the back.»
If you like to be around people that hate their jobs and don’t care about the customer then this place is perfect! If you’re a normal human being and want good service, go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Not a fan of this FedEx Office location… When I went in asking for a set of 10 brown shipping labels to ship off a bunch of packages they grunted, barely made eye contact and quietly said «we can only give you 10.» Then they proceeded to only have 4 and weren’t in any hurry to go back to the back to get more. They made it quite clear they had no desire to give me shipping labels, and this was right as I was in there picking up a $ 900 printing order.
Basically this is a microcosm of the poor customer service I received from start to finish at this location. Why the inconsistencies from location to location???
