Great hotel! Great customer service!
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was reliable and professional!

I’m not too entirely impressed with this place. Originally I was as we headed up to our double queen room on the 5^th floor and walked along the hall looking down to the seating area below. The water fall was very nice. There’s even more than one bar, pretty cool in my book. But as we walked into our room we started to notice that this is an older hotel that’s been remodeled. You can see that half isn’t remodeled and half is with nice counters, sinks, mirrors, and lamps. But that’s coupled with damage to the doors interior paint by the latch locking mechanism, I’m not sure if that’s a sign it had been used before.
Last was the customer service. At the desk they were professional, and I got a beer with my father-​in-​law at their bar, «Starz», and the bartender was great. However, we had 5 people in our room so we pulled out the hidden mattress from the sofa & needed pillows and blankets. So my in-​laws called the desk to inform them and they were reassured that we would receive our bedding. None came. We called again. None still came. So we split extra pillows and an extra blanket. That part was really unacceptable in terms of customer service.
Overall, I fought between 2 & 3 stars but the stay wasn’t regrettable or horrible so I gave them three stars. It just won’t be memorable.

Not impressed at all. Old and run down mold in my bathroom no hot water in bathroom sink. Not nearly enough plugs for a business traveler. Ugh sorry I paid about 25% more than other hotels in the area.
Disappointing

Really nice hotel, professional staff, good cooked to order breakfast, and a lounge with cocktails! You couldn’t ask for much more from this Embassy

This Embassy Suites location is well below the quality of other Embassy Suites hotels I’ve visited. Before I describe the problems I experienced, I must say that the staff was cheerful and professional. I felt sorry for them, in a way, having to operate a tired old building that’s seen better days. When I checked in, I was advised that the hot water boiler had failed. It was expected to be running by 7:30 pm, I was told, so there would be hot water in the morning. At 11:00 pm the water was not hot, and my shower in the morning was cold. The hotel compensated my company $ 50 per room for me and my colleagues, a windfall to our employer but no benefit to the guests. When I went up to my room, I discovered it occupied by a couple who said they were «checking it out» for a reunion they planned to book later. The desk confirmed that the staff had allowed the visitors in without making the room unavailable for that time. It was an awkward situation. The lights above the elevator flashed floor locations haphazardly, reminding me of Disney’s Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. The elevators did work properly, in spite of the erratic lighting. My room was adequate at best: insufficient outlets for chargers and laptop; a damaged swing-​arm security lock, a bathroom door that looked like flood salvage, a balcony strewn with soggy cigarette butts, and a wet floor around the closet due to seepage from the balcony… which explained the musty odor in the room. The nightstand electrical outlet was loose from the wall and moved in and out when plugging something in. Wi-​Fi was free but inadequate in the evenings and at night, it kept disconnecting. Pressing the «front desk» button on the phone caused the phone to disconnect. The tub did not drain… so during my cold shower, I was quickly standing in several inches of cold water. To their credit, the staff cleared the drain that day, and I did enjoy a hot shower on the second and third days of my visit. Just the same, I will not return.
