I received my first Edible Arrangement yesterday and I could not be more satisfied! I live in an apartment complex and was not home so the main office held it for me in their fridge. When I saw my beautiful gift, I was so excited! Everything about it was perfect. The fruit is fresh; the arrangement is gorgeously displayed; it’s delicious, and I love the base it comes with! Once I finish eating all the treats, I will be using the base as a flower vase :) I had such a positive experience getting my edible arrangement that I will now be making this my go-to gift! First time I purchased arrangement days in advance, the recipient received it minutes before leaving work at 4 pm. The second time I had purchased an arrangement for Mother’s Day for my Mom, her arrangement was delivered around 3 pm… missing the Mylar balloons along with the decorated«Mom» dipped pineapple stick. Extremely disappointing when recipient sends you a picture of the arrangement thanking you and you notice its missing more than one item! When I called the store all they could do at the time was offer me a refund for the missing items. And that’s about it, No apology no credit for any future purchases… nothing! I more than likely will not be returning back to purchase another arrangement, at least not from this location! For the price you pay you would hope for good customer service… Not in this case!

I came into the shop yesterday to get something for my sister in law for her birthday. They have some ready to buy bouquets, chocolate covered fruits and other little items in the freezer inside the shop and a whole section in the back for future orders. The girl working in the front of the shop was incredibly helpful and she was the absolute epitome of superior customer service. I was in and out within 10 mins at the most and I was extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. My sister in law shared her treats and I’m delighted that they used incredibly fresh strawberries. I will definitely be back again.
