This place was terrible, I Saw the Demo Unit(upgraded Unit) and immediately signed up. When I arrived to move in, my apartment was not ready. I had to make more hotel arrangements. They had to give me a new Apartment which also was not ready, but was available the following day. Upon moving in These Renovated Apartments looked nothing like the demo, paint was slapped on, incomplete, Roaches were everywhere, on my tooth brush, in my food, it was a complete infestation. The drawers were falling off. I called their service department, and no one came to address the situation till Monday. I had to spend more of my money in hotels. I was told by manager, that I would be refunded my money completely, I was lied to. Since I was not there problem, I have yet to receive a check. The manager has yet to speak to me over the phone. She just hides behind her assistant Keri. I have pictures of everything, so if you think I’m some upset customer, feel free to contact me, and Ill show you.

Run as fast as you can from this property! Please don’t waste your time or money! My experience with this apartment has been horrific since before I moved in. I was referred by a friend to look into these as I am preparing to buy a house and wanted to downgrade to save some money before my down payment. When I visited, the renovated apartments looked really great as far as the amenities for the price. So I figured I could save some money and still have some of the amenties I was used to. Pros: gym is nice. The property is kept clean and is quiet. The pool looks nice but I haven’t had a chance to try it out since it’s winter. Decent prices compared to others in the area. 1st issue: I was told I could have any provider for cable/internet but the sales agent Samantha wasn’t prepared nor informed about the apartments she works for. Actually, the only company available is At&t/Directv so if you want anything else, don’t think about it. Also keep in mind that this apartment is so old, AT&T only offers up to 18GB internet speed which was as a HUGE downgrade from the 300GB I had before. This was a problem for me as I work from home. 2nd issue: I was told my apartment would be available on the day I needed to move in(I put a deposit down 2 months in advance). Major disgrace! I was told every other day the week before move in that my apartment would be ready, then it wouldn’t, then it would. I was left trying to find another apartment but on such notice that didn’t happen PLUS they wanted to keep the money I put down as if it was my fault. I had to move in a week after I was promised and forced to rush to move in one place and out the other on the same day. Sure, I was giving money off my 1st month to accommodate but had to get«ugly» to be heard. Other issues: I’ve only been living here for 2 months and have had to put in multiple maintenance calls including two different water leaks! All except once, maintenance takes days to come and respond. The water has been shut off MULTIPLE times ALLDAY. 3 days after I moved in, it was off and on for almost a week. Twice last week. Yesterday. Today. And scheduled for tomorrow. The walls are PAPER thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. The electricity is horrible. All my lights flicker when they are on. W/D hookups are on the patio so it’s a challenge going outside in the cold to change out loads. I pray that I can maintain my sanity until September when my lease is up.

The upgrades to the 100 plus apts makes a huge difference. New leasing office is beautiful. I want to give a shout out to Samantha and LaJeanne! They are wonderful to work with. We had a situation and LaJeanne went to bat for me. She was an angel. Just make sure you know exactly what you want for your new home and ask a lot of questions. Dont rush into anything and do your homework.
