Very impressed with the customer service. The employees are really friendly. They engaged with the customers while waiting in line making the wait much better. And the treats are yummy!

The ice cream tastes wonderful, and so do the shakes. The owners of the restaurant are dedicated to great service, erasing the poor reputation of a previous owner. They love giving personal attention, getting to know their customers. And, of course the ice cream tastes great. The best around.

This convenient location in South Irving makes a visit for some delicious classic ice cream flavors an endearing one. I visited with my mother on Mother’s Day yesterday. I haven’t stepped foot into a Baskin Robbins in a long time, so this environment was refreshing as always. The store itself was pretty clean and bright, so ambience was good. There were a variety of old and new ice cream flavors too, which was nice. I wish they still had Mango Tango, but other than that, it was a good visit to a nostalgic shop. I recommend stopping by if you’re in town or in the area, especially since Texas heat is increasing by the day.

Always love their lemon custard or german chocolate. But there is one with cherries in it but dont remember the name. It is good too.
