Artech Window Tinting & Auto Security

I dropped by in the afternoon and discussed my options for getting my car’s window tint replaced. The employee explained the law requirements and how the job was to be completed along with a time frame to get it done. He also explained hazards that may be encountered. I felt very confident in the procedure and process so I made an appointment for the next morning. The price was $ 299.00.
The next morning I dropped the car off and went on my way. They ran into some problems with the rear window and the defroster but communicated with me via phone. Everything worked out and they were very professional. They called us to inform us that the job was complete and when we picked up the car. It looked great! They also were very clean and replaced everything inside the car as it was. I am very happy and thought it was a good price which was $ 299.00 total and not a penny more.

These guys are awesome! I had my windows tinted a few weeks ago and it looks great! I came back today to have an alarm and power locks installed, it took them a few hours as it should and they even gave me a ride home while I waited for the installation to be completed. Then they picked me up when they were finished! The owner of the shop showed me the alarm, what they did and how to operate it properly. He answered every question I had and was cool and professional the entire time. The installer was also very helpful in answering all my questions and did a great job of doing the installation right. This is exactly how a business is supposed to run. These guys are very friendly and prices are very fair! I will come back to them if I need anything else.

These guys are professionals & very knowledgeable of what they do! Also very friendly & courteous :-) They are the only company TOYOTA of IRVING USE for many years & still today :-) 99% of our customer never have any issues. When customer had issues they fix it no questions ask! USE THEM! You won’t regret it!!!

Went there recently to get my windows tinted. The price was fairly reasonable and the customer service was good. The job took a little while, but there were three cars in front of me. The person that I dealt with informed me about my wait. If I ever needed to get my windows tinted again for some odd reason, I’d go back.

Worst customer service EVER! After I paid $ 80 to get my back window tinted for my Honda Accord I noticed the color of the tint wasn’t the same as the other windows. The owner Mark was extremely unprofessional when I told him I didn’t like the color and refused to replace the tint or give me my money back! If u want good customer service and quality work DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ARTECH BUT IF CONSIDER THIS PLACE FIRST FLUSH YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET THEN SEE HOW U FEEL BEFORE SPENDING IT AT ARTECH!!!

I asked around a few years back for a good car tinting place and someone recommend this place. Fast forward about 4 years and I finally decided to tint my car’s windows. I was a little worried at first, since I could only find 1 review of the place. I decided to go ahead anyway.
I scheduled an appointment the day before bringing my car in; They seemed to have plenty of availability. When I brought my car in I was unsure of what to expect. I have never had my windows tinted, so I asked the guy behind the counter a few questions trying to correlate what I researched online with the real world. I settled on a tint and dropped the car off.
About 1h 45mins later I got a call that my car was ready. I went to pick it up and looked at the windows, I noticed that there were bubbles all over. I asked the installer about them and he brought me into the shop and explained how tinting worked and not to worry about the bubbles and that they should go away in a few days. If they didn’t go away I could bring my car back and they would fix it.
The next day and the bubbles are almost all gone. I also noticed a huge decrease in temperature in my car. I performed a bit of a more detailed inspection and noticed just one or two flaws.
I’ll post an update in a month or so with how the tint is holding up.
