Everyone at ARCpoint was awesome! I forgot some of my paperwork and they did everything they could to help me recover it and make my trip worthwhile. They have a good staff, a clean office, and a good location. Overall, I enjoyed my experience!

Horrible experience worst lab testing I have experienced. Took the lab person 15 minutes to copy my license. Then for a hair sample I was told an arm sample would work they said they shave both arms fully. So foolishly I allowed the alleged director who trained everyone to take a sample from my head. She had an employee sit down and showed me a sparse amount of hairs they collect in three different places. I could feel the weight of my hair coming off with the first cut and I feel where it feels shaved near and my scalp is itching. The lab also lacks in customer service. Terrible!
