AMLI on Riverside

I moved in ⁴⁄₉ and have been loving it ever since. The leasing office is super nice and made the leasing process easy and efficient. They patiently worked with me on exactly what I needed. Now that I’ve moved in, they’ve continued to be consistent in their helpfulness, responsiveness, and cheerful demeanor. I get quick responses to email, and the online resident portal works very well. The grounds are maintained very well, and I’ve seen a cleaning crew actually cleaning the outer stairwell/​hallway areas. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. I love that we have options for recycling. Some of the site is still under construction, but none of it has been bothersome. You get what you pay for here… the best quality in apartment living. Hope it continues and will update as I experience more of the amenities (pool, dog wash, etc).

Amazing property. It is brand new and gorgeous. The build out of the exterior and interiors are some of the best I’ve seen!
I’ve been living here for just a few weeks but am very pleased and impressed. The staff are always helpful and friendly (Nathan and Khandice).
The amenities are top notch — Starbucks coffee machine, bus center with apple and PC machines, 24 hour well appointed gym.
