Terrible attitude from the Asian employee with long hair, he barely greets and he never answers when I say thank you or bye.

Total incompetence. First of all, it’s a pain when you have to go inside to get a receipt but this was for a business expense so I needed the receipt. Usually it takes about 5 seconds to get it and, boom, you’re off. Not this time. Gave both the last four digits of my cc and pump number twice but the guy still couldn’t find receipt. Then he pulled a pizza out of the oven, then he pulled the pizza paper out of the oven. Told me to come back to talk with the manager. Really? First of all, I don’t live here. Even when I did live in Dallas, the odds of me driving across town because this guy can’t figure out how to print a receipt are slim. Then I went out to confirm the exact amount, went back in and he miraculously figured it out. He said I hadn’t given him the right last 4 digits. What? I did it twice and because it’s a business card, I have to ID the last four digits fairly often. I heard someone say once that you can tell when the economy is doing okay because the low skill people are doing the low skill jobs. In this case, it fits. 5:30 a.m. 3÷23÷14.
