I called the phone numbers on the bill several times to make the payment. Nobody would answer the phone… It is very frustrating. (I did call during office hours).

The one at 113 Waterworks Way is closed, it was a great lab to go in the past. Same as before, they share space in doctors office. It is now moved to this location, 22 Odyssey. I am here for lab test on Friday, they don’t track who had been called. All the names are still on the sign-​in sheet and they don’t know who they have served until I asked. So make sure this doesn’t happen to you.

Great lab. No wait. Accepts all insurances other than HMO. Way better than the alternatives…

This is my second time here. The first time I had the full pregnancy blood panel, about 8 – 9 viles. It was done promptly and the nurse was really nice. No bruises as well!
Today I went back for my 24 week gestational diabetes glucose test, I arrived around 8:15 am, I believe I was the first one there since no one else was around. I was greeted by the same nurse and she drew my blood right away. I was asked to drink a fruit punch mix within 5 min and timed for one hour for the next blood draw. I waited in the cozy waiting room for another hour before my third blood draw. This place has a large number of walk-​in patients for lab work. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and saw about 15 people walk in and out.
This is a good place for lab work, friendly staff, clean facility easy parking and virtually no waiting! Most importantly the blood draw is not bad at all! This is the most draws I’ve ever done and I can’t complain.

This location (4050 Barranca pkwy) is unbelievably, ridiculously slow. I arrived at 7:20 am with only one other patient in the waiting room and half an hour later, I am still waiting. The receptionist has disappeared. This is my second time here and the first time was exactly the same — I thought maybe it was just a bad day but clearly this is the normal process. Will never return.

It was a pleasure coming here to drop off lab work. The technician was very helpful! It also seemed like a great place to do your blood test. Parking is plentiful.

I didn’t make it past the front desk. I decided that going to jail on a Tuesday probably wasn’t the best choice. The ladies working the front were incredibly rude and snotty. Listen here hussies you are not above me nor am I above you. Greet people when they walk in the door and listen to what they have to say… I walk in the chick is playing with her phone and after I am standing there for a minute she looks up at me and says «ugh Yes!!!» someone is obviously bitter that they are sitting behind a desk since they obviously think they are high and mighty! Now, when I finally get them to acknowledge me and help me it just gets worst. They want to charge me even though I have this crazy thing called insurance that actually pays fee’s for me… but the silly women wouldn’t know that cause that would mean they would have to actually look at my medical card and not their phones. I was so freaking irritated while I was standing there I told them to give me my paperwork back and I would go elsewhere. They asked me if I was kidding and when I said you’re damn skippy they laughed at me… And had the looks on their faces like oh sh*t.
If you need to give blood I would avoid this location at all cost and go to one of the other spots.

TAKE MY BLOOD, PLEASE!
I’ve been to Quest many times and this place is 1000x better! No waiting at all. In and out in less that five minutes (versus 3 hours at Quest!)

Had to go to have a 3 hour glucose tolerance test done and chose this place and so glad I did. Staff is extra friendly and also good at finding my small veins. I had no wait and to top of it, because I had to stay for the testing for a few hours they gave me a room with a recliner, Wifi as well as a TV with DVD player. Place is super clean and professional, it appears that the building is fairly new too. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quick and professional lab.
