Wendy’s Baconator is one of the BEST BURGERS AVAILABLE. At a fast food restaurant?! Impossible! No — it’s true.
I promise if you can enjoy a delicious, fresh burger with juicy patties, crunchy thick-​cut bacon, and the perfect ratio of meat/​bun/​cheese/​sauce, Wendy’s Baconator is IT. Once you try it, it’ll leave all other fast-​food $ 6 — $ 7 burgers in the dust. It’s comparable to gourmet burgers out there due to its fresh taste, quality ingredients, and pure deliciousness.
You know how when you eat a big Carl’s burger or a Big Mac you’re left feeling like you just ate junk food that was satisfactory but just alright? You’re like, «Dang. Now I have to input 900 calories of processed crap into MyFitnessPal just for a burger.» The Baconator is the opposite experience. Yes, the calories are still up there, but the burger itself feels like you ate something hearty, filling, and stimulating rather than dull and lethargy-​inducing. It’s just so good that it’s more of an experience rather than something to shove down your gullet.

DO NOT GO HERE! IF YOU GO, take your food outside the bag and double check before you leave. MULTIPLE TIMES I GOT THE WRONG FOOD AND THEY NEVER CAN GET A SIMPLE ORDE CORRECT. I literally came here a couple times and I got the wrong food, no dressing for salads and they always forget the sour cream on my sour cream and chive potato. BECAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR FOOD

I dropped by here around the evening, it was after a baseball game and for some reason all the local places to eat were packed. Normally Wendy’s is a good choice, with all the cops that drive around the main street of Culver it’s not too busy. This specific location was remodeled, but it’s just like painting a mural on a dumpster because this place is still garbage no matter how you make it look.
The late night worker had no idea what she was doing, we could hear the person in front of us correcting his order as the lady kept saying, «Uh huh, yeah.» They spent a solid 10 minutes trying to correct a simple order of what sounded like two combos. It’s almost like this lady had mental or bladder issues the way she was rushing the customer ahead of us and getting nowhere in the process.
I figured it would be best to order the simple things on the menu because I had no intentions of waiting a prolonged period of time. You would think that nuggets, fries and a drink would be simple enough, but it wasn’t. No sauce, the drink was flat, they gave me spicy nuggets instead of the regular and there were only 3 nuggets in the damn bag.
Had to go back only to find out they were out of sauce packets, which I wasn’t sure if she was making things up because her only response was «How can I help you?» This lady clearly spoke English but had no idea how to do her job, or was intentionally playing dumb to avoid correcting the order that she messed up. Wendy’s, drug test your stupid workers who are on the late night shift, and if drugs don’t explain this incompetence you need to hire workers who can do their damn job.
I have to mention this review doesn’t reflect on the early afternoon workers, they haven’t screwed up my orders in years. I’m glad the place looks clean but there’s a point where you need to correct horrible service. Oh and please charge less for the 3-​piece nuggets, for some reason they’re the same price as the 4-​piece.

The customer service at this Wendy’s is atrocious. Despite the location being very clean, the employees here have no matters what so ever. I was waiting in line to order and the lady (I think she was the supervisor) was helping the fellow in front of me. Her initial greeting was «What Do You Want» in a very annoyed tone as if she didn’t want his service. He had a couple of questions about some coupons and she shunned him away. What?
When it was my turn to order, I had the same experience. Same horrible greeting and same bad attitude. Not my fault you’re stuck working at a job you don’t like. I asked for a cup and she dropped my change on the counter and proceed to throw the cup to me as if I was a wide receiver. What?
I kept telling her that I wanted ketchup to go along with my spicy nuggets and she kept nodding and saying «uh huh». Guess what… when I looked in my bag, no ketchup. Garbage! I should have checked when I was there. I knew this lady was too incompetent to understand event he simplest task.
PS its not just her that has terrible customer service an attitude. The whole team here is horrible. The guy ringing people up next to her was just ask bad and so were the ones working the drive thru.

This place is the best. In a crunch for a potluck? 15 orders of the 4-​piece nuggets. BAM. You are now the nugget lord.
I’m not ashamed to say that this place is my emergency dinner place when I need to eat at 1AM, especially in Irvine where everything basically closes at 10. Wendy is always there for me when I need her most.
