Horrendous! ! I have tried calling several times, when I finally do get through they are very rude and I’ve yet to have an issue resolved, I tried to place an order with them and she just hung up, I’ve had the displeasure of being on the phone with airline customer service and I have to say too faced has beat them in the terrible catagory! No wonder they only have 2 stars! Buy their make up from Marshalls and save your time, money, and effort!!!

Oh my goodness. Too Faced’s customer service is really, really awful. I placed my order on the 3rd of this month and it still has not shipped out yet! It was during their summer lovin’ sale, but they said it’ll only take an additional 2 – 3 days to ship. It’s been 10 days so far. Also they charged me TWICE for my order. I emailed them 5 times and never got a response from them. I tried calling them and it always goes straight to voice mail. I finally got a response through Instagram and they said they would forward my order to high priority. That was 3 days ago. Still says«order processing.» I also asked if they resolved charging me twice and they said they were«looking» into it. After that I never got a response/reason why. My order still has not shipped. I would never order from their website again. This was by far my worst experience ordering online from a company. I love their products but their customer service was just terrible. Update: it has now been 12 days and my order still has not shipped. I had enough and messaged Too Face on Instagram to just cancel my order. It says they seen it and they never responded back to me. I don’t know what to do anymore. Customer service is the worst. If I would order any thing else from their brand I would just go to sephora or ulta.

Im Reviewing Too Faced Customer Service Rep Martha not the actual product. I placed my order 9÷04÷15. Noticed an error on my mailing address I then called and spoke with her on 09÷08÷15. She informed me she would have to let warehouse know, she would call me back. It’s 09÷14÷15 still no update on informing the warehouse. No shipment information at all, the least she can do is atleast follow up with your customers and update them on their order. I have left voicemails, sent emails. If they can not keep up hire additional employees, Im sure Too Faced makes enough revenue to hire another $ 14 per hour employee to help cutomers instead of just Martha who cant keep up!

A few weeks ago I applied for a job through linked in for a position that they had available for customer service and another position. I was really exited about the position because this has been a position right up my alley, and to be honest I am confident with my level of my work ethic and knowledge about too faced cosmetics. Because I love the line so much, «I kept thinking, this is the perfect match» if I can get the job. So after I applied, I thought I’d get an email or a response from someone about the position and if I qualified, or to set up an interview, etc. And I received nothing. Because I sent it in on a Thursday/Friday, I decided to wait till the weekend. After the weekend I called twice on monday, twice on tuesday, and twice of Thursday and and once on Friday, once each time, I had left a voicemail to the human resources and friday to the general mailbox. I believe one person I had spoken to was Emily, and I had been transferred to someone else as well. Well, it’s been 2 – 3 weeks, and I have heard nothing. So today I decide, I am going to call them once more, just to see any updated because linked in and email are obviously not working with this company. Not only do I call and get put on hold for more than 10 minutes, but that I get disconnected and never transferred. CLEARLY your customer service is lacking, and human resources is ignoring perspective employees and interviewees. Maybe this is obviously why the company is hiring? if that’s the case, PLEASE, give me a call. Because this is ridiculous. I am giving them 2 stars because I love the line, and they seem organized. But the lack of communication, customer service, and human resources seriously makes me question even working or wanting to work for a company like this.
