The Vapor Loft

AWESOME customer service! I was on a quest for coils last night, and The Vapor Loft was my third stop in one evening. When I entered, I was amazed at the cosy set up. This place feels more like an intimate wine bar with professional employees than your typical vape shop. One very helpful gentlemen was behind the counter and greeted me. Though they didn’t have the coils that I needed in stock, Curtis told me not to leave before he found some for me. Mind you, I had never been to this store before and had never purchased anything there — I was just a person in need of some assistance. I had already been to two shops where the response I got was basically, «Sorry, try somewhere else.» Not here. Curtis got on the phone and found a place that had what I needed, then gave me the address and directions. The Vapor Loft is clearly invested in the positive experience of their patrons, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

This place was really cool. Huge selection of juices and knowledgable staff. Kind of tricky to find in the industrial park, but worth it because I don’t have to wait for shipping.

This place carries more flavors than you can possibly imagine and has knowledgable, friendly employees. I drive 25 minutes to come here and I live near multiple vape shops within a 10 minute drive. You just have to see it to believe it.

I myself do not vape, but my boyfriend comes here because it has become his little hobby, which I don’t mind too much because it leaves everywhere we go smelling like strawberries. This place has one of the largest selections of juice and the guy who works here really knows his stuff. We have come here twice since the opening and each time, the customer service has been fantastic. We visited the Orange location (which is now closed) and they advertised this place offering 25% off coupons which really drove many people to come down here.
Awesome service & if you buy 10 juice you get 1 free! They will give you a punch card, and if they run out, they will still honor their word

This place is awesome!!! Was looking for a new spot to pick up some juice and other shops were not open yet. Unilocal brought me to vapor loft that was open early and not late like most places. One of the owners introduced himself as his son was assisting me find something that had max VG and i thought that was pretty cool. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be returning for future purchases. They had a huge selection of juices and recommend several flavors based off of what I was looking for.
