If you are a vendor and working with this company or one of their tenants, beware, they are the rudest and most uncooperative leesors I have ever worked with. Don’t expect any help or information from them for any purpose.

Coackraoches, NON-​working air conditioner, bugs, broken doors. The Koll Company is easily the worst landlord you could ever work with. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM.
Don’t bother trying to contact the leasing office either. They are always non-​responsive.
I would recommend another business park in Irvine. They are cheaper, cleaner, and much more spacious. We’re extremely happy we moved.

Every morning I have to pick up the dead roaches and dump them into the toilet. I think we should not have renewed our lease. Other than that, it looks nice on the outside.

So what can I say about a property management company. They always want my rent and they always want to raise my rent. So now that we all know the negative side of any property management company let me tell you about the good. The staff is very nice, the grounds are kept clean. The buildings for their age look pretty good and this particular property is very easy to enter and exit from both the 55 and the 405. I wish the building numbers were a little more noticeable and I wish there was a better system to help customers and guest so that they can find my particular suite, but all and all I think this is a great property and I think the staff that runs it does a great job.
