These folks need to get their act together. I ordered a lemon meringue cheesecake they tell me they only have the frozen ones… I pass then a few minutes later someone else comes and tells me they have it. But the banana cream pie is frozen… yeah no. They are a chain and for the amount they charge for cheesecake you’d think they are making it in-house. I am always surprised when people don’t know its frozen. Anyways, the server was barely ok… she didn’t really come back and check on us.

Cheesecake Factory is a great dinner option when we are at the spectrum. The menu has EVERY genre of food on it, and some genres that I think are unique to The company it’s self! My recommendation is to order the buffalo blasts. These can definitely be ordered as an entrée for one person, or a large appetizer to be shared between two or more people. Shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese are wrapped in some sort of phyllo dough and deep fried– so good! My favorite cheesecake there is a the peanut butter chocolate. I also enjoy the shepherd’s pie!

This place has really lost its quality. We ordered take out and when we got home our Cobb salad has brown wilted lettuce. Disgusting! The other food was just okay. I seriously wondered if the lights were dim in the kitchen to have served this food to us or if they just didn’t care. Guess we will be eating at CPK instead of CF from now on at the Irvine Spectrum. Cheesecake seems to be the only thing good here anymore.

Seriously the most messed up Cheesecake Factory I ever been at! I’m literally 39 weeks pregnant… ok so 9 months 3 weeks. I get it I’m big! He’s already 9 pounds! We go today right before 6pm with tons of tables available and they sit us in a little table ½ booth. I ask can I have a full booth it might be a little more comfortable. :) she replies… well if it’s the distance between u and the table it won’t make a difference! Um what? Ok I get it never mind… I’m a little embarrassed right now. So I see someone else pass and I say hey can we move over 1 table please… it’s a half booth full table that way I can sit on the booth side and the table moves… oh let me check. Literally 4 different employees(the server, the first girl who sat us, and 2 other hosts) call the front to ask! To ask what?! There are literally 20 tables available! Never mind… I say, I don’t want to put U guys out at all! I totally don’t understand how there are so many tables and this is a big deal. I leave. I am embarrassed and they are ridiculous. We go to the Cheesecake factories all the time in Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and now Cerritos and have never been treated like idiots over a table. I am so upset. Now we are at a different restaurant who were as nice as can be! We even asked for a more comfortable table… of course no problem! When are u due? How exciting! THATSHOWYOUTREATCUSTOMERS!

As a business owner I can understand the challenges of satisfying the customer. Well today I took my daughter on a daddy date. Not only was she thrilled on how awesome the food was, but«Comander Cody»(our server) did an excellent job in service. The food came out promptly and it was very good. We always have a great time when we come. Will be back again.

Generally pleased with cheesecake factory but last night was thoroughly disappointed with the food. I ordered the steak tacos… The meat was bland and little flavor in the dish. The rice was terrible and beans were blah. The other dishes of the people with me were equally as bland. I’ll if course go back, bit there bad dishes in one sitting is something I can’t overlook.

My family has been coming here the last three or so Mother’s Days(mostly because it’s a good half way point for most of us), but this year’s visit is ending that tradition. First of all, they MESSEDUPOURRESERVATION. I think we know how many people are in our family. Instead of taking the customer-first approach the hostess and then the manager defended their incorrect reservation. Next, they SEATEDUSATTWOSEPARATEBOOTHS so we did not even have a family meal. And lastly, the two booths were the only tables with NEARLYCOMPLETESUNLIGHTBEATINGDOWN on them. After we inquired about other empty tables, the manager informed us that we couldn’t be moved and assured us that the sun would soon shift away from us over the building. Much like their botched reservation, the sun did not follow suit and we dined with the sun beating down on us for the next 90 minutes. Not very enjoyable as you can imagine. Anyhow, the only bright spot was our server, Isabella. She was apologetic and friendly and she deserves extra stars.

We have been to numerous Cheesecake Factory Restaurants. This location is decent with plenty of parking within the Irvine Spectrum. The wait is always long since this place is always packed. At least, you can walk around the shops while you wait. The service is always great. We love the classy décor. The Thai Lettuce Wrap is amazing. I order this item every time. Of course, the dessert is great but $ 10.00 per slice is a little steep. We love the Mint Chip Cheesecake and Pumpkin Cheesecake whenever they are in season.

The food was delicious!!! I do have to say that the girl that is a cashier(not sure what she is but it wasn’t our hostess) was pretty rude. Other than that, the server was really nice and attentive. The busboy was extremely nice though! I dare say he gave better service than our server. His name is Saul. So friendly, he was always asking if we needed anything and he even offered to box up our leftovers and got us refills on our drinks to go. I had never had such excellent service like his. Again, the food was delicious. I strongly recommend the Crispy Chicken Costoletta!!! This is soooo good! The chicken is nice and tender, best dish I’ve had here at Cheesecake Factory!

I love the Cheesecake Factory! Although service can be hit or miss with the host/waiter, the food is still amazing. This particular location is always crowded so prepare to wait if you’re going there on the weekend(especially with a big crowd)! My favorite appetizers are the buffalo blast, macaroni cheese balls, crab cake bites, or the calamari! You can’t go wrong with either! Especially with the buffalo blast or the macaroni balls! As for courses, I love the Louisiana chicken pasta or the chipotle chicken pasta! As well as the shrimp scampi and steak Dianne! It all depends on what you’re in the mood for.

I always sit at the bar so I don’t have to wait to be seated and the bar staff is excellent. A great set of characters who love what they do and make you feel welcomed every time. Food is always excellent. They will gladly make you whatever even if it isn’t on the menu as long as they have the ingredients. And if there’s a problem they’ll bend of backward to make it right.

Huge plus! They got rid of advertising every other page on their menu! If it weren’t for the service, I might have gone to maybe 2 stars… When we were waiting to be seated, I glanced over at one of chefs sticking their hand in one of the prep stations and eating, while cooking food for the guests. That is not sanitary by any means… Service: — Again, exceptional service. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire night. Food: Fish Taco Plate — This was surprisingly quite tasty. Four crispy fish tacos with a different flavor profile. I liked how they put the fish on top of the taco so it doesn’t get soggy from the veggies. Unfortunately, the beans and the rice were definitely not something I would order again. Overall: I am sure everyone has had Cheesecake Factory at some point in their lives. I just wanted to mention that they finally discontinued advertising on their menus.

The Cheesecake Factory is another favorite of mine and this salad is soo refreshing and to die for. I love love love the falafel salad which includes: Romaine Lettuce, Kale, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Feta Cheese and Pita Chips Tossed with Our Greek Yogurt-Lemon Dressing and Topped with Crispy Falafel. I can live off this salad :) For dessert I shared a red velvet cheesecake! Yum!

Great food, terrible service. My boyfriend mentioned my birthday to the server and she said they would bring out a sundae and sing to me, but she forgot about that. She also forgot about our sides that went with our meal. She also forgot about the cheesecake slice that she charged me for and never brought out. She also mentioned bringing out bread after she took our order, but forgot about that too. The issue wasn’t really forgetting because she probably had many other tables to serve, but the delay was so annoying. We were trying to make it to a movie after dinner, but we missed the last showing because of how long everything took.

Our family has always been big fans of the Cheesecake Factory. Our previous experience has been mostly the location on Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki where we have always been really happy with the décor, service, food quality and selection, etc. The reason that this location gets only 2 stars is due to the relatively lower food preparation quality compared with what we are used to. The Waikiki location we normally eat at has noticably better food. In particular we noticed that the Santa Fe salad at this location was uninspiring compared with the same salad ordered numerous times in Hawaii. It lacked flavor compared with the other location. Similarly the Burrito at the Irvine location was dry and filled with rice instead of saucey and delicious as we have been used to at the Hawaii location. However, the Strawberry Shortcake was really good in Irvine… at least as good, maybe better than the eqivalent version in Hawaii. We continue to like The Cheesecake Factory and will likely go back… we only wish that the Irvine location could step up their game in the kitchen a bit.

I usually don’t like reviewing chain restaurants, but last night was an exception. we visited last night and during our«10 minute» wait(actually 35) we decided to have some cheesecake from the case. At the counter, Laura was not helpful to my mom and my siblings. She couldn’t answer any questions and would not move from her stance(leaning her head on her hand against the counter– very professional) On the way to the table the manager who we mentioned what happened w Laura. He told us Ashely would take care of us and he was sorry. Ashely was attentive and friendly, with good recommendations! At the end we saw Laura again, and after 2.5 hours had passed she was still a bitch. Bad night or bad life? Word to the wise: Find a new job where you are not as unhappy.

I had the shrimp scampi. This dish should not be called shrimp scampi. The shrimp was fried, dry, and lack flavor. It came with angel hair pasta and no sauce. Husband ordered rib-eye. The dish arrived probably 20 minutes after I had my dish. I was almost done with my shrimp already. Bread basket was also brought at this point. The rib eye was edible because it was too salty. We sent it back to the kitchen. The waiter said that the kitchen told him they made the sauce too salty, and offered to make us another one without the sauce. We waited for another 20 minutes for the steak. This time the steak had no sauce, and also no seasoning. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. Just a piece of grilled beef. Good that we have salt and pepper on the table to season it ourselves. Very disappointed at our dinner experience. So disappointed that we didn’t even have cheesecake and just left. :-(

The food and service are great. Our food did came out to us very quick. That was awesome because we thought it would take a lot longer. The only thing I can complain was that I kept raising my hand for the check and no one realize it. But, I would still come back again.

This place is all of the above. Clean, courteous servers, speedy service, good tasting food. Favorites: chicken marsala, avocado rolls, buffalo wings, and of course the cheesecakes! Best cheesecakes IMO: fresh strawberry, vanilla bean, and pumpkin spice. Minus one star because this particular restaurant does not have the best layout. The farthest round-shaped room in the back seems secluded from the rest of the restaurant. Also the walkways are not wide enough and I found myself walking through the kitchen(a wide area parallel to one of the aisles, which I clearly mistook as an aisle to exit).

Worst dessert I’ve ever tasted. Strawberry short cake. Had seen previous pictures that looked good, but they changed the recipe somehow. The cake is instead 3 cold biscuits that are so hard and dry that you can’t cut through them with a fork. They put a bunch of sugar on top of them and frozen solid ice cream in between, but it is still inedible. Only took a bite and didn’t get a refund.

Came here to celebrate me getting hired with my supervisor, the accounting supervisor, and the accounting manager. Came in before the lunch rush so got seated right away. Bread was brought out not too long after. What I got: Lunch Portion Spicy Chipotle Chicken Pasta: my go to dish! Penne is my favorite type of pasta, it wasn’t too spicy, and chicken was juicy. It also comes with asparagus and crunchy tortilla strips on top. Loved everything about it! Can’t go wrong with it! Salted Caramel Cheesecake: first time ordering a cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory… they have so many to choose from, but decided on this one. Blonde brownie on bottom, then the caramel cheesecake, then the caramel mousse, and then topped off with salted caramel. A little bit on the sweeter side and I wished it had just a little bit more of the salted caramel part. The brownie part I could do without, but everything else was delicious! 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake: higher ups wanted something that was like a chocolate cake, but yet a cheesecake so… servers recommended this cheesecake! Not a fan of chocolate, but higher ups enjoyed it. It was cheesecake with chocolate cake and a chocolate cream. Service: Drinks were refilled. Food took awhile to get out. Servers were always checking up on us though.

WOW… It’s hard to even explain my visit to this Cheesecake Factory location. It really was that bad. We came here for lunch on a Saturday. We were excited since it only took a few minutes to get seated and we were all hungry. Once we were seated it already took a few minutes for our server to come and get our drink order. It took even longer for the drinks and bread to come out. After a few more minutes we finally put in our order. I ordered the Renee’s Special which one-Half of a Fresh Turkey Sandwich or Chicken-Almond Salad Sandwich, a cup of soup and a small salad. I asked our waitress which sandwich was more popular and she tells me the chicken-almond sandwich is a lot better so I said I’ll take that one. The soup for that day was the loaded potato soup. We also ordered the carbonara and the egg roll sampler. ITTOOKANHOURFOROURFOODTOCOMEOUT!!! Why??? I have no idea… No apology for it taking so long. No refills on our drinks until we ask. Simply ridiculous. We even asked a random employee if we can get more water and bread and she just looked at us and said«you can ask your waitress for that». Seriously? The thing that I found to be even more ridiculous was that they gave me a turkey sandwich when I clearly said that I would want the chicken-almond salad sandwich. I have never complained to a manager on site, but I wanted to so bad. I was going to say something, but I did not want to wait another hour for them to make the correct sandwich. Absolutely horrible food and service at this location. I would never come back and I would highly recommend you eat elsewhere if you are looking for a place in The Spectrum.

It’s the Cheesecake Factory. It has a large menu that will accommodate any picky eater. This time around, we were celebrating a coworker and decided on dinner here before drinks elsewhere. I arrived a little late but they were still able to seat the rest of my party without any hesitation. I ordered a bourbon & honey cocktail to start and then the steak Diane & salmon combination. If you’re having problems deciding, this is the perfect plate for you to get two entrees in one. The salmon and steak are plated side-by-side with a large helping of mashed potatoes down the middle. It was pretty good. The food is good for what it is but you’re really there for the long list of cheesecake! I’ve tried many different types of cheesecake over the years and some of my favorites are: red velvet, banana cream, caramel turtle, Godiva, Oreo cookies & cream, pumpkin, and lemon raspberry. This time I went with the lemon raspberry. It’s slightly tart and cuts through the richness of the cheesecake. There’s also a layer of cake too so it’s less dense than say the regular cheesecake. I’ve been to Cheesecake Factory countless times, but I wish that they had a happy hour. There’s usually a wait at this Irvine Spectrum location but you can always make reservations. 3.5 stars.

I had spent over 5 hours straight in Dave and Buster’s playing one arcade game. No water break and no food break. At 5 pm, I was hungry, dehydrated, and tired. Walking around the Spectrum in search of food, I ended up towards the other end from D & B’s at the Cheesecake Factory. Very minimal wait for a table of 2(less than 10 minutes), despite coming in on a Sunday. First order of business was sodas all around to replenish the low blood sugar from the unexpecting fasting during arcade game play. The first glass of Coke was very refreshing. After getting some sugar in, it was easier to think about what to order. Round one was the spinach and cheese dip appetizer($ 11.95), which came with tortilla chips and salsa. I was pleased it came hot to our table, the temperature just right for the cheesy spinach and artichoke gooeyness to be scooped up by the chips. Seared tuna tataki salad($ 18.50). This is my usual go-to salad at the Cheesecake Factory and BJ’s and any other chain restaurants if they have such a salad on the menu. I asked for dressing on the side, but the dish came with dressing mixed into the salad + an additional container of dressing on the side. –_– That sort of defeated the purpose of me asking. Other than more dressing than I requested and wanted(the salad was drenched in the usual amounts as a salad with dressing mixed in would be), the seared tuna’s quality and freshness matched the price and the avocado slices were just the right amount of ripe. Louisiana chicken pasta($ 16.95). BF opted for the full dinner size portion(lunch size is also available). I took a couple of bites and while good, it lacked a certain umph. On a scale of 1 — 5 with 5 as the top, I’d rate it a 3. Overall, this place is what you’d expect of a Cheesecake Factory. Thumbs up on consistency.

We celebrated my Dad retiring after 41 years at his company and The Cheesecake Factory was the perfect place to do it! We had quite a long wait, but we had a very large party. So, that was pretty much expected. Our waitress was fantastic. She was very attentive and was very knowledgeable of the menu. She acknowledged my Dad’s retirement several times, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was excellent. The portions were very generous and the food was delicious. We had 15 people at our table and everyone enjoyed their meal. From kids’ meals to chicken fettuccine to veggie burgers to Chicken Di Pana to Louisiana Chicken Pasta to Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and more! Most of us took a piece of cheesecake home and that topped our experience. The cheesecake I had was the best I’ve ever had in my life! I shared the Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake with my husband. I still think about how delicious it was! Thank you, Cheesecake Factory for making my Daddy’s Retirement lunch a memorable one!

The cheesecake factory in Irvine spectrum is a yummy place to eat. Recommendations: avocado eggrolls for appetizer, the buffalo wings were also a good appetizer with ranch. The Chinese chicken salad(order it off the lunch special menu, it’s $ 5 cheaper) is also tasty. Their bread is always delicious here! Let’s be real, everyone comes here for the cheesecake. Recommendations for that would be the key lime cheesecake, the red velvet cheesecake, the tuxedo cheesecake, lemon raspberry cheesecake, and of course original cheesecake with raspberry drizzle.

Wow, what a disappointment! Never have I waited so long for a lunch meal! It’s called a lunch break… it’s not unlimited! 2 out of 4 of us were late to work. Thankfully it was my day off, otherwise I would have had to leave before I got my food. The only reason why they get more than 1 star was the food was good. Better than 1 star but nothing special. I wasn’t too hungry so I ordered a ‘small plate’ from the Skinny Menu. I ordered the chicken and mushroom lettuce wraps and they were pretty good! Lots of teriyaki sauce tho so I used the little rice noodles to soak that up in the wrap. Oh, and their small plate was a perfect lunch portion, and it was only 8 bucks! My husband ordered a cheeseburger and they said ‘classic’ or ‘old fashioned.’ We asked the difference and the waiter made him read the description on the menu. Neither of us found a difference so we went with the ‘old fashioned’ because it was a dollar cheaper. Sadly they burnt his patty to a crisp… guess that’s why they took so long to bring out the food. Would not go to this location again, especially with so many other great food options at the Irvine Spectrum.
