I came here to try the pink drink and got Jonathan or Jonaquin as a cashier. He was completely rude and asked me if I knew what was in it. I told him I believe it’s coconut milk and something else. And he said«why would you order something that you don’t know what’s in it. It’s kinda behoove of you.» What kind of customer service is that? He works there and doesn’t know what is in it and then insults me. I’m so irritated I’m writing this while waiting for my drink.

I personally love Starbucks and I’m hooked on their ice coffee! It’s so good I believe it should be illegal but that’s a whole different story. My go to drink is an iced coffee with cinnamon dolce and easy ice. For some reason a lot of the staff not this one but other locations mixed up cinnamon dolce with coconut milk. So I can tell this is a good Starbucks since they know how to read their markings. Always clean, super fast, and super friendly! This Starbucks gets five stars from me!

Thank you so much Danielle for taking care of us! Business thrive with hard working and caring employees like you. We came for our morning espresso the new employee rang up our order wrong. We ended up paying more for a coffee drink instead of espresso. Thanks to Danielle she had every thing fixed and re made the correct drink.

Drive thru always has a very, very long wait. One time I waited 20 min and the line wasn’t even very long. Must be short staffed.

Closest drive thru to me. Can’t say anything bad, my drinks are always on point! The lines can be very long in the morning but normally not too bad unless you have two screaming kids in the back seat like I have from time to time. Other than that never had any issues with the customer service!

Great Starbucks location. Drive thru moves fast. My order has always been correct unlike other drive thru location experiences I’ve had. I love the convenience of this Starbucks I have not yet had a bad experience and I go a lot!

I went to this Starbucks the other day and there service was Amazing! This guy who rang me up was really friendly and asked me how my day was going! I think his name was VU. I went to Starbucks to study and someone had told me there outlets were not working. They were wrong and I was able to charge my phone and computer. They must have fixed it. Also this girl Kenzie made my drink which was really delicious. I had the new Honey Latte. Thank you Starbucks for some great service.

I come to this location from time to time because of the drive thru and it being the closest location to my home. Every time service is mediocre and employees look extremely in excited to be at work. Order is correct about 3 or 4 out of every 5 drinks. Today I ordered a grande mocha with whip, they forgot the whip. Which isn’t that big of a deal. But my other drink, was only about 2⁄3 full. Where is the rest of the drink? I’m paying over $ 4 for a practically half empty drink.

Drinks were good. Made quick even though there was a line out the door. Plenty of parking. Would have been nice if they called you by name when your drink is ready I read of by the name of your drink. personalized experiences are great.

Not a great Starbucks location as they go. The don’t have any working electrical outlets so forget about recharging your phone or laptop while having a coffee. Place isn’t kept very clean either. The customer service is decent at least. And the drinks are on part with most other Starbucks locations. All in all I’d suggest only stopping by to use the drive through.

Place is pretty empty, service is fast. The charging ports, however, do not work. Originally came here to study and now my laptop is out of battery.

This particular Starbucks possesses a drive-thru, but it’s so hard to drive in this plaza that we prefer just to walk into the store. We came here for the promotional happy hour for the earlier weekend. They conducted the transaction properly when we requested the buy one get one free. The line was really long, though, and we were squished against the door due to the length of the line, but during the happy hour, it went faster than the line at Disneyland. It came out quickly and tasted fine. There are some outlets on the floor for electronic devices.

Considering how often I come through for a weekly treat, I guess it’s about time I write a review. I’m surprised I’ve yet to get one of those Starbucks Rewards card either. Haha. I guess I just don’t want to acknowledge that there’s a real obsession happening, or necessity, or desire, or I don’t know. It’s down the street from work, so any chance I get a minute to breathe outside of the office is a minute I’d like to take to refresh the mind. This Starbucks has a drive thru, but I’ve only gone through it once. I feel like it’s much faster to walk inside and parking isn’t too bad. Sometimes you have to park a far ways, but most of the time after 1pm is when the lunch rush subsides. So here I am, ordering the usual. Iced caramel macchiato. Some days I like to mix it up and get the Strawberry Acai. One time I tried to order the Blackberry Crème Frappé, but they didn’t have the blackberries in that day. Anyway, the Starbucks here is pretty quick and efficient. They are quick to make your drink order that you’ll be in and out in a jiffy. They usually spell my name correctly here too.

Lately, I have been utilizing Starbuck’s mobile order. It is an absolute time saver. If you’re not using it already, then you definitely need to check it out in their app. I usually place my order before I leave for work, and I just stop by the Starbucks to pick up my order. It definitely beats waiting in the drive-thru or indoor line. And speaking of the drive-thru line in the morning… always, always long. If I had to choose between the 2, I’d just go into the store to place my order. It seems like I’d get my order faster that way. Drinks here are always consistently made, and I love that. I’ve been headed to this particular Starbucks each day of the week before work a drink and bagel. Always a bagel, because carbs and cream cheese. Side-note: Mainly because the medication I’m taking needs to be taken with food. Anyways, for the past week, all Starbucks weren’t selling bagels. I called to ask why, and there was a recall. Ok, fine with me, I can just order something else. One week later(today), I noticed that the bagels were available again, yay! I ordered one, and I was terribly disappointed in the quality. The bagels looked much smaller, and biting into & chewing them was like chewing cardboard and rubber at the same time. The bagel was incredibly chewy, a dog wouldn’t even want it. By the time I was finished chewing the bagel, my jaw felt like it was going to fall off due to so much chewing and gnawing at the bagel. At this point, I would rather get oatmeal, which has always been like cardboard to me. At least I won’t have to be chewing it for 10 minutes before I can swallow(that’s what she said. haayyyy).

So I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s hit or miss really. It’s great if you’re ordering ahead of time via the app otherwise it varies. I stopped on my way to the office for a iced green tea latte to get my day started. The ordering part was quick and easy of course, but the barista is where it slows down. There weren’t very many people ahead of me, but it still took longer than usual. After about 7 to 10 minutes later my latte was ready great right? Well not so great because the lid was full of matcha powder which was a little disappointing. I think next time I’ll try the one on Quail.

I rated this Starbucks 3 stars because of the following, Parking is an issue most of the day. Long lines on the drive thru. Small interior, which due to the design is quite noisy. Uncomfortable seating. No Google wifi here. The service is average. Not bad… not great, average location. Outside seating is nice!

Bless this Starbucks for existing. It is one of the only Starbucks in the area with a drive-thru, which is a necessity for a tired mom. When you have young children, sometimes you’d rather drive across the city to the only drive-thru Starbucks, because it would be faster than driving down the street to the one closest to you and loading up the kids, unloading them, going inside to order, then loading them back into the car.(This is completely a first-world problem — that is not lost on me.) The queue for the drive-thru is always pretty quick-moving, and I’ve never had my order wrong!

Pretty good location. Came here to get a caramel flan frappé and it was good. Service was nice and pretty fast despite the fact that they were really busy. Not my favorite place to grab coffee, especially since there are other great options in the area, but will do if you need a quick sugar fix as I did.

I never, ever know what to call my drinks at Starbucks. I always want something that isnt«typical» and its always so hard for me to figure it out. I tried to order a Strawberries and Cream here the other day, in the drive thru, and I was trying to get it as sugar free as possible. The girl was very helpful and walked me through it… and basically what I have learned is I need to order it like this: No classic syrup, Nonfat and No whip. Its definitely different than the original Strawberries and Cream, but its still pretty decent. So now I know. :) I have been in here a few times to buy gift cards and the staff is always really friendly.

I like this Starbucks. It gets very busy in the mornings and at lunch but the service is good and they have never gotten my order wrong. They have a drive thru, interior searing and an outdoor patio area with seating. Wifi of course. They lose a star because the drive thru has pedestrian crossings on both the entry and exit. That’s just bad ergonomics.
