I really like the Doctors here and they have helped a great deal but I just called to get a prescription filled as the Doctor instructed me to do and I was told that I would have to call back tomorrow. Instead of taking down my information or request the person was too busy to do she told me to call back when they are in their other office. Apparently I only have a Doctor on Tuesdays and Thursdays because they are unable to assist me the other days of the week when they are in another office. Its time for Doctors to figure out this whole customer service thing.

I love Dr. Sokol! I have had asthma since I was a baby and after he put me on allergy shots, I was off my asthma meds in 9 months. I don’t love getting shots but I do love the results. My daughter developed asthma when she was two. She seems to always have her asthma attacks on a Friday night around 7 pm. I am able to call Dr. Sokol’s office and the operator gets him on the phone and he tells me how to treat her. He even tells me to call him back in an hour to follow up on her progress. Thankfully, her asthma is much better now. Thank for your help Dr. Sokol!

Dr. Sokol is the Man!!! He helped me breathe. Before Dr. Sokol, I was wheeze-​wheeze… hack… cough-​cough. Now, I can breathe easy. I’m asthma free, allergy & sinus wise. I know how to manage my allergies to avoid asthma attacks. Thank you, Dr. Sokol.

He is a sweet, caring doctor who has a gentle nature and a genuine good-​heart. Every doctor’s visit with Dr. Sokol is thorough, caring and detailed. Dr. Sokol does a thorough history and intake on the first visit, runs asthma blow tests, and tests for every kind of allergy. Dr. Sokol teaches you to manage allergies, asthma and sinus problems by making lifestyle changes and treating you with allergy shots, strengthening your immune system to develop a tolerance. Plus, his staff of nurses and the gal at the front desk are all friendly and nice… just like Dr. Sokol. Did I mention he gives free samples of meds too? Yes, he does, which helps on getting started on the road to recovery.
